I was very hesitant to call and enquire about prices for our new back door as didn't want to a feel pressured if the cost was too high. I’m pleased to say there were no pushy sales tactics. Paul I believe I spoke too took me through the options available, asked what I wanted and gave me a quote. He stressed there were no hidden charges or add ons and he was true to his word. A week or so later another friendly chap arrived to measure up and confirm specifics for the door. He arrived when booked and took the time to let me decide answering my many question. Fast forward to today which was fitting day. I cannot fault the service from Logan and Ethan who installed our new door. They protected all the floor through the house and were very considerate of my home. They were prompt, friendly and have done a wonderful job. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again without hesitation for our front door and windows ( when money allows ). If you are thinking about calling don’t delay and give them a ring there will be a wait as understandably they are popular. My biggest regret is not calling sooner. Thanks to all of you at first class windows and doors. You truly are first class :)

I was in a panic this afternoon, my living room window wouldn't shut which is road facing and there was a draft coming in I run the company asking for help and Paul answered and spoke me through how to fix it through sending photos and explaining on WhatsApp I am extremely grateful as I have my 2 year old son at home and it's saved me such a huge job. Thank you again so much paul !

Mel has been so patient and given care whilst helping us choose our new door, we really appreciate her input. I would 100% recommend this company. It’s so difficult to find a company/trade that you can have faith in- but first class is definitely one that has provided us with this! Thank you!

First Class came and installed two replacement doors, one front door and one back door. I was devastated to lose my back stable wooden door and old wooden front door, but both had perished. They needed replacing along with a window pane above the front door. First Class took me and my partner through the options and helped us with deciding on a stable door replacement and a front door contemporary design. Both doors are incredibly beautiful, well installed, and let so much light in. Paul and the lady (whose name I have forgotten - I'm sorry!) were really helpful and communicative, the surveyor who sized up everything was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. The boys installing them were amazingly helpful, answered all of my questions with politeness and patience, and really eased my anxiety about such an important installation. The safety of my family was my biggest concern, and they have done a spectacular job. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking at doors and windows. Thank you all so much for your work and time!

I would highly recommend this company. From the very first contact they were really professional and provided a great service. Paul did the initial consultation, Nathan did the survey and Rob and Ryan did the install. Melanie kept us updated throughout. I cannot fault the entire team and I am really happy with the windows.
