1 hour training done in less than 45 minutes, not all content covered, trainer very eager to finish and let students go without completing assessment. Questions asked but not covered or answered. Very disappointing.

Having to do the CPR component every 12 months is always a PITA. I had Shannon as the teacher, she was excellent and very personable. She got the job done and I was done and out in less than 3 hours.
