I suffered an attack on my Facebook page by a hacker. The guidance that I received by Firma IT was immediately helpful. I understood how to redo my password and two source authentication process to protect me moving forward.
I am not tech savvy, but the Firma IT staff talked to me in language that I could comprehend. They were patient, kind and obviously well versed.
To be truthful they could have stuck me with any kind of high bill but they intentionally had me do all that I could do to save me money. I appreciate that kind of honesty and you will too.
