Adam the inspector that visited was very knowledgable of what was required and all that was needed to be in place for the bulding to pass the FRA. I was very impressed with him, with their service. He was a polite guy and he gives good advice and good communication. The turn around in getting the report was very quick, same day, I should say. Excellent service. I will recommend their company to anyone who needs such service.

I found Firelux Ltd online. I was desparate to find a fire risk assessor and so didn't have time to read their review. I went with my "gut" instinct. My main contact was with someone called Sally who made the appointment with the Fire Risk Assessor Adam. When visited my HMO, he was on time and arrived before me! He went through my property with a fine tooth comb and told me what I needed and then offered to provide the services that I needed at a very reasonable price. Firelux maintained a great level of professionalism throughout the entire process. I'm glad I went with that "gut" instinct because they have provided a great service. I would definitely recommend them to others.
