Although they appear to carry out good quality, work, their response to a report of bad/dangerous driving [using a phone], left a lot to be desired. Although they did initially reply, they never got back to me, after I sent them further information. I was expecting at the very least, for them to say they had given the person concerned, a warning. Most other companies, do.
Hopefully, if something similar happens again, my camera on that occasion, will manage to capture it [for police].

Contacted Diamond for a leak in my fibreglass roof (original work done by someone else) and from the offset Al was was responsive, helpful & kept me updated throughout. Job was sorted within a quick timescale, and the whole crew were professional, friendly and efficient. All mess was cleared up prior to the job being finished. Iām thrilled with the work thatās been completed, diamond are clearly very good at what they do & my new fibre glass roof has been completed to a very high standard.
