I was trying to get a good mortgage broker for around a year for many complicated procedures etc. My friend Imran introduced me to fiducia group for semi commercial mortgage. Lyn jardine contacted me asked me few details sent me a list I reply all very next day her answer was I can get the mortgage for you. At first I didn’t believe it but I agree and gave Lyn all the information. She requested. Lyn is an amazing person and very professional she went beyond the limit to answer sellers, solicitors and even challenged valuations officer and corrected their confusion. We used Alex as our Mortgage Advisor and it was the best thing we could have ever done! As first time buyers, the whole process was very daunting and we didn't really know where to start. We remortgaged through Paul at Fiducia group. We had a couple of fixed term mortgages that had different end dates and various clauses that meant it was a little more complicated. We also took the opportunity to check our insurances and life cover. Paul came to our house which made it easy for us, and we came away with a new mortgage deal and cover that worked for us - with Paul helping us every step of the way. We'll definitely use their help again in the near future to remortgage again
