I brought my mother here from a referral from my sister in law. My mother had not seen a hearing specialist for at least 2 years if not more. We needed to figure out if her old hearing aids were still working satisfactorily or whether the chargeable ones could be fixed. Our appointment was with Wes Nakamura. He was so patient, so kind, very professional. He answered all our questions. You can tell he enjoys what he does for his patients. Our visit lasted almost 2 hours but it didn't seem that long because of our pleasant interactions with Wes. I will refer all my family and friends to him. You can't find great specialists or physicians like that anymore.

Excellent consultation. Mitchell Vierra took his time explaining how hearing loss can be corrected for a better quality of life. Hearing is one thing, but understanding speech was my problem. The evaluations and adjustments for clearer hearing were his priorities. He is very easy to talk to and understand. I am eagerly awaiting my order of custom fit hearing aids.

I've been going to Family Hearing Aid Center (FHAC) for over twelve years and found their service and care far exceeds any of their competition. I tried another products, but found they were not equal in quality compared to products offered by FHAC. Whenever I need new hearing aids, I was fitted with the latest cutting edge product on the market. I am extremely satisfied and impressed with the new AI technology incorporated in the latest devices. Ryan has provided personal care throughout the years that has developed my trust in him to recommend a hearing device that is best suited for my needs and circumstances. He is constantly looking for new and better ways to help his clients. I always look forward to my visits with him and I am confident I am given the best that FHAC has to offer.

This was a very nice experience for my mother and myself. We felt like we were visiting with caring and concerned family members. Mitchell and Crystal are a great team! This is my mother's 4th set of hearing aids, but the first through Family Hearing Center. The patience, ( my mom speaks very little English) and is profoundly hard of hearing, I saw a "light" in her eyes when she was fitted with the "test" pair. We look forward to receiving her hearing aids soon! Definitely makes life fuller and more importantly safer to have the gift of sound/hearing!

I’ve been going to Family Hearing Center for several years now because of the great service I receive from them every time I’ve gone to see them for a regular service check or to fix a problem with my hearing aids. Dr Wes and his staff are all great at keeping my hearing aid working in top shape and staying on top of all my hearing needs.They always do a great job of meeting and even exceeding my hearing needs.
