They were great from the beginning.Bruce helped me, walk thru the process, from raining in my initial not completely formed ideas. We started the design process, they kept me informed of costs on different materials as we created a clear picture of the now beautiful deck and screened in porch.
Once construction started many different crews would show up everyone was polite and professional. This project required crew frame out the deck, interior painters, roofers and siding installers. Also the carpenters who finished the framed out structure and made it what’s shown in the photos.
I would especially like to acknowledge William, who put in the most hours and whose a very competent carpenter and all around handy person to have on the Job.
Also felt Steve kept me informed and the kept the project moving along to even with my many change orders.

Ferguson Builders project planner, design team, project manager and many highly skilled team members took our 30+ year old kitchen and turned it into a beautiful, unique, custom-feel kitchen with great flow and lots of extras. I would highly recommend Ferguson for so many reasons. Their guidance through the selections process was easy and extremely helpful. They helped us pick a layout, cabinets, countertop, plumbing, light fixtures, floor finish and more. Everyone we worked with was very knowledgeable, kind, and trustworthy. We discovered this great company through referral and we hope to use them again for future home renovation projects.

From the first meeting to the last walk thru this team took care of all the details of my renovations and more. The reasons we chose Ferguson Builders for our home remodel were that they came highly recommended by a trusted friend, and also, when we initially called them, they were quick (& first) to call us back. Mark & his team remained responsive & proactive throughout the entire project and were always available to answer questions and discuss challenges. No remodel is ever perfect and we certainly encountered challenges, but Mark & his team always met us to discuss options and remained solution-oriented throughout the entire project. Ferguson also has a project process and schedule that allows the client to stay on top of & participate in the progress of the project at each stage. They were even able to finish our sizable remodel AHEAD of schedule and we were super grateful for that! We were very pleased with the professionalism and quality workmanship that delivered to us a beautiful result! Ferguson Builders replaced our elevated patio which was damaged during Hurricane Helene. We’ve had our roof replaced and kitchen cabinets refinished by Ferguson in the past. They’ve also made dozens of repairs and upgrades throughout our home. The company and its workers are professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. Fergusons integrity and trustworthiness are above reproach. Their work is outstanding and we couldn’t be happier with our new patio/deck.

We called Ferguson Builders to fix our damaged deck after Hurricane Helene. Demolition revealed more extensive damage so we had the whole thing replaced. Ferguson’s workers were professional and experienced at every step of the process. This was our third major renovation project with Ferguson. We recommend the company without hesitation.

We recently renovated our kitchen with Ferguson and would definitely use them again! We were impressed with their attention to detail, commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and their say/do ratio was 100% all along the way. Early on in the design phase we were impressed with how thorough they were in understanding our vision, style and family to ensure their layout and design met all of our criteria. They knocked it out of the park with the design and then the execution was on time and on budget as well. Both the Ferguson construction crew and their subs were highly skilled, hard working, respectful and we were impressed with how clean the job site was left each day. Another thing we loved was that they are great communicators and the use of the buildertrend app allowed for full transparency for us to understand selections, schedules and of course keep up with the financials as the project progressed. All in all a great experience…we love our new kitchen and will be using Ferguson again when the time comes for a new project!

My journey began in February 2024 when I met Bruce at the Southern Home & Garden Show in Greenville. We discussed my project and an appointment was immediately set up. I worked with Bruce and Cecelia, aka TheDesignQueen, coming up with the renderings for my kitchen renovation. This was a major upgrade and something I’ve never dealt with before so I must say they made the process extremely seamless. Once we agreed on the design and the selections the construction began. Josh was the project manager I worked with during the entire process. Him and his crew, William, Santiago and Eric were outstanding and extremely professional. I watched the project visually and through BuilderTrend so I was aware of everything that was happening. Bruce, Josh and Cecelia were always available if I had any questions or order changes. My project took approximately 4 months due to the extent of the addition/renovation but it was exactly what I dreamed of,
I would highly recommend Ferguson Builders for any project you might be considering.
They are by far the most efficient, professional company I’ve ever worked with and they do absolutely BEAUTIFUL work. KUDOS to Bruce and the entire Ferguson family for an AMAZING journey.
