One of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with. They were $20 dollars cheaper than another estimate I got but I saw the reviews and trusted it. Biggest mistake ever. It took over 3 months, between Marc not finding all the property pins, to trying to make me to pay $550 for a property survey, even though I gave them one, then Marc leaving for Tampa the day after giving me the quote. They sent out a new adjuster Robert, quickly taking my down payment and no communication after giving them the HOA approval. The manager Zahir blamed it on Amanda quitting. I always had to follow up via phone or else nothing moved forward. They never answered emails. They lost the permit paperwork and I had to sign for new permit documents and waited even longer. Then the installers finally came and left a mess all over the yard, dirt, rocks and plastic spread out all over my lawn, now I have to clean it up so the grass doesn’t die from it. The aluminum fence has deep scratches all over, especially the posts and swinging gates. I won’t be recommending this company to anybody.

I had many fences installed by several companies over the past 30 years. I want to share that Fence Outlet is the best company out of all of them. The estimate was done promptly and efficiently. They were able to schedule me fairly quickly (within 1 week)! The install was incredible and the price was fair. The crew arrived and installed all the posts and then the fence panels. They raked up all the dirt and the fence looked like it had always been there. Best of all, even though I didn't use, is they offer financing! I also want to add that they only require half down to do the job and they didn't hound me for the remaining balance.

Michelle, Tony, and Justin steered us in exactly the right direction for a decorative gate for a secret garden. The service was exemplary and they explained everything that we needed for the very best installation. The price was at least 50% less than we expected. It was an amazing process from the beginning. I am more than pleased with the entire work that was done the sales rep Josh did awesome in explaing the material and financing part of it. Our fence had to be special ordered but the work was done within a month after we signed. The guys can out took down the wooden fence and put up the vinyl ALL in one day. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable on their part of the job. GREAT WORK FENCE OUTLET!!! Definitely my recommendation if anyone needs a fence🤩🤩🤩

If you want a DIY fence project this is the place to go. Anthony Yoder was very helpful in helping us with our project and the showroom was a great place to see what types of fences to choose from. Would highly recommend.
