Updated review after 12.9.25 completion of work- both workers at our property who did the fence install were super awesome & hard working & polite & professional. They worked hard all day completing the job; we did go get them Chic-Fik-A lunch😀…..previously, following we reviewed up to the installation: Andrew with Fence Outlet has been awesome. He is a patient professional with a great attitude. We are FINALLY putting up a fence in our own yard. However, as residents of Oviedo 1998 and as a former HOA ARC Leader for 15 years, we have seen many excellent, happy customers using Fence Outlet . . . and for many years we have also seen business-wise (I am a local real estate broker & we own a small local real estate office.) many additional happy customers using Fence Outlet. That they have their warehouse right here in Oviedo is a big plus. We highly recommend Andrew and Fence Outlet!

Great job! Richard Colon came and gave the quote and followed up when survey revealed part of fence was placed on wrong property line (was like that when we moved in over 25 years ago). The crew was great to work with, left our property spotless. They were also bilingual so were able to speak to our Spanish speaking neighbors during the install. Very helpful. Turned out beautiful. Huge difference in our yard. Can’t wait to do some landscaping now.

Fence outlet did a fantastic job, just a little things that needed to address and I called and spoke with Dwayne and it was solve! I’m happy with my fencing. plus the price was affordable for me, thanks fence outlet for the amazing job done.

Really happy with our new vinyl fence. Everyone who we dealt with was so pleasant and well qualified at what they do. MO-Michelle explained exactly what would happen and that's how it worked. Installers knew exactly how to remove old and install new without any wasted movements and new fence project was completed in one day as Mo said. Beautiful and straight and no gaps. Absolutely worth every penny to have a professional do the job. Thanks so much.
I'd recommend them to anybody. 5 stars isn't enough ✨️

TLDR: WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN 5 STARS ISNT ENOUGH FOR THE EXPERIENCE I HAD
I like to preface this by admitting my neighbors have fencing already and since I live in an HOA all we had to due was connect now that you have that background Picture it My Lovely fiancé and I have just got our first puppy she is a lovely Golden Retriever who longs for the backyard YEARNS for it to frolic and be free however we live on the lake and anytime we let her out she run faster than a fully charge lucid sapphire straight for the gator filled lake. NOW having been living here just over a year we were able to discuss with our neighbors whom they have used I'm their fencing needs to see who got the best deals and best services and that's when we reached out to Fence Outlet. It started with getting a guy out there to quote it out where we met Brandon who showed up ON TIME on a Saturday. already a good a sign so good a of sign I was willing to bump my budgeted number in my head an extra $100 just because of the service he then gives an option of walking with him or just letting him come back to us later so we let him do is his thing just gave him an overall idea of what we wanted and waited THIS MAN COMES BACK 15 mins later here i am thinking my whole Saturday is ruined but no He came to hustle starts with alright gonna be honest jobs to small ( i knew this ) so had to beef up some numbers but this what we are looking at now and he was already under budget I said SOLD okay well the next steps is sign some paper work and we will pull the permits do everything all you need is to show us approval from the HOA....... that's when things began to get difficult HOAs as you now not easy so paperwork is in we are waiting on the end of seats for 2 weeks for approval the dog is 2 weeks older she definitely she's about to get a fence and be free to claim the backyard as her Holyland and that's when fence outlet follows up with a follow up now I'm 3xs impressed they could have just taken our money and just said they will get to us when the get to us no they are here to serve CRAZY so i call them and that's when i speak to an AMANDA i give her the low down on the HOA thinking maybe if i can sweet talk her they can just do it the HOA will get over it and AMANDA says no its liability sticking to her a guns got to respect it really now I'm 4xs impressed so i level with her and say this dog needs a fence and i want to be done by the end year maybe you can schedule me a deadline and ill update and she says don't worry about ill make it happen. Now I'm a contractor too i know she's telling me what i want to hear making me feel better she's doing A++ customer service she just says call me when you get approval now I'm on a mission 3 hours later of fighting the HOA approval has been had i call AMANDA immediately voicemail..... Dang i leave her message tell her get is on ASAP hoping she calls back now we wait......... exactly an 1 hour later here is the call I have been waiting for she says I know your excited how about the 3rd and I'm left flabbergasted in 2 days? Yep the 3rd late afternoon your on the schedule i don't believe it. Now the countdown begins the missus and I checking cameras THESE PEOPLE SHOWED UP AT 12:30PM I'm writing this at 2:04 and they are literally almost done i cannot stress enough BEST EXPERIENCE EVER Amanda and Brandon were amazing.

I dealt directly with Tomas and Christine, who were both very responsive and prompt with scheduling appointments and call backs. Our fence was quickly installed in less than a week after our first appointment for quote and we are extremely happy with the final product. The fence is very sturdy and their crew did not cut corners on the job as other companies will do to beat competitors pricing. I would definitely do business with Fence Outlet again.

Dylan, Christine, and the install team did a fantastic job! They all communicated extremely well throughout the entire process. The installers were hard-working and paid close attention to detail, especially when it came to leveling the fence. Dylan assisted greatly with the necessary documentation requested by the HOA, which was a big help. I was very pleased with the entire team, the work performed, and the quality of the product. Amazing experience considering how horrible florida is for contractors either showing up or performing the work correctly. I would 100 % recommend fence outlet. Showed up early. Very polite and professional cleaned everything up when done. The workmanship was awesome and a very competitive price.
