This was honestly one of the most disappointing shopping experiences I’ve had.
I was having a really joyful and memorable time in Varanasi, enjoying the city and its vibe, until this incident completely ruined the experience.
I visited Fatima Enterprise Varanasi and selected a few items after the shopkeeper told me the prices. Everything seemed normal at that time, so I trusted what I was being told and went ahead with the purchase.
Only after reaching home and carefully checking the bill did I realize that the prices mentioned were higher than what I had been told in the shop. It was extremely upsetting to see this, especially because I had no chance to question it once I had already left.
It genuinely feels like I was scammed. As a customer, you rely on basic honesty, and this experience completely broke that trust.
What makes it worse is that this could easily happen to anyone who doesn’t double-check their bill immediately. I regret not verifying it on the spot.
This is not a mistake — this is deliberate cheating.
If you value your money, avoid this shop.
Trust is clearly not a priority here.
One bad experience is enough to warn others.
Shops like this ruin the reputation of honest businesses.
Please don’t fall into the same trap.
I would strongly warn others to be very careful if you plan to shop here. Please check every single item and price before you leave, because once you step out, you might realize something you can’t undo.

Once you add up the total and deduct the discount percentage, the amount you’ve paid is ₹ 20,000, which is the correct amount. It was just a calculation error, and you weren’t charged extra. We’ve rectified the issue, and now you’re making a new accusation that we quoted a different price and charged extra while making the bill. This simply cannot happen.
