You've used perfect terms for how we're hoping to be perceived by our community partners: Quick, easy, and friendly. We've recently come under new ownership and management and we're absolutely focused on the three domains you mentioned. If we're not quickly and efficiently managing your registration paperwork, then why wouldn't you just visit a DMV field office where lines are painfully long and unpredictable? If we don't make the process as easy as possible for you, then you'd have no incentive to visit us in the first place. Again, a DMV field office would be your best bet to experience the complicated world of DMV paperwork with no explanations (unlike our staff at VRS who always use very clear language, in english and spanish, so that the customer knows exactly what is going on). And we are super-focused on providing a customer-centric experience so that everyone who interacts with us feels like they're receiving VIP treatment -- with respect and professionalism at all times.

My first time ever at this Drive Thru Vehicle Registration Service. It is awesome, the turn around on getting my Registration back was very fast and efficient. Thank You to Mary for all of your help and expertise on handling my registration. Beats the DMV line & worth the service if you asked me. If you want to save time come here and see the wonderful employees. But over all Great Service all though i wish i came with some food. 😊

I say if any one has a issue with this service then go stand n a long line then compton the a c broke bellflower they ac half works or long beach they ac on full blast but u got make a appointment 🤔 I rather just deal with the drive thru my ac and heater works sun rain and if it ever snows in longbeach il be right there n the drive thru 😉 😀
