Our almost 5 year old has been taking lessons here for close to a year. She loves Coach Emma! She has excelled and the staff is always super communicative. It’s definitely a great facility!
I loved the location! It’s so nice that it’s 24/7 and you can book it online. The basketball net is awesome, especially that the net is adjustable with a pole for you to adjust if you want. Cute mural as well! There’s no echo as there’s plenty of sound proofing on the walls.

My kids are enrolled to fast-track past a year, and they have an indoor pool with temperature maintained water. It is open all 12 months of the year.. It's a bit pricey but worth getting individual attention to kids in all areas

Reserved the pickleball court here and it was such a good experience! They have great clean facilities, an easy reservation process, and excellent customer service! Phil Garner helped me with the reservation process and I can’t thank him enough. If you’re looking for a place to play pickleball with some friends, this is the place for you!

Fast track was recommended to us by a trusted friend. Group lessons are very reasonable and effective. coach Matt is great. our kids are learning and improving the skills and growing in their stamina and confidence. I had some concern when our youngest started semi private class last spring, they resolved it right away no question asked, We tried FIN for a month ( since it is very popular here. I had very different and disappointing experience there) came back to fast track as soon as we could. We have been recommending this place to everyone! I really enjoy the atmosphere and get some steps in on the treadmill while kids swim.

I had a very disappointing experience with FastTrack. I was contacted several times regarding changes to my son's schedule. First, they offered to move my son to an earlier time slot due to availability, which I agreed to in order to avoid a waiting period. I verified the new schedule, expecting it to start the following week. However, there was confusion about the start date, and no one communicated this clearly.
Then, my son's coach informed us that she would be going out of town. We wanted to wait for her return to do a makeup session with her, as my son, who is only 3, is more comfortable with her. Despite informing FastTrack of our preference, they never reached out to reschedule or arrange makeup times.
When I showed up for the session, I was told it was makeup week and that I needed to speak with the front desk about arranging a makeup time. I had already communicated via email that I didn’t want my son to have a substitute coach, yet this was ignored.
Their handling of customer service was poor. I was tired and upset from the miscommunication and lack of support. I even showed up earlier as instructed, only to face further frustration. Out of anger, I mentioned dropping my son, Andrew, from the program. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, I received an email that morning stating they would remove him from the program and wishing us a safe 4th of July.
It's upsetting that FastTrack would rather terminate a client who is only on their second session instead of finding a resolution. It’s not right that a coach can go on vacation in the middle of a session without any prior agreement or adequate arrangement for makeup sessions. This experience has left a very negative impression on me regarding their customer service and overall management.
Heather, thanks for taking the time to give us a detailed review of your experience. As parents ourselves we understand the frustration when coaches have to take time off and dealing with the makeups or subs that can occur. We strive as much as possible to avoid this but sometimes it is beyond our control. What is not beyond our control is communicating with you so I am sorry you feel we again fell short of that. We sent emails out on 6/24 explaining we were closed the week of July 4th and had signs up at the front desk, but if you missed some lessons due to the instructor being out, we can see how the email may not have been enough of a reminder.
We do want to clarify a few things however. When you did come in yesterday after closing, our receptionist was willing to work to find a makeup time for you, but you told her you were not interested. That night you sent us a short email that just stated your child would no longer be swimming with us. We replied this morning with "Good morning, we are sorry to hear you are stopping. We will make a note and remove him from the schedule. Hope you have a safe and happy 4th of July and we hope to see you back in the future." Your response a few hours later was polite and positive, so to see you post your frustrations on Google just an hour later was very surprising. We want to be very clear, we did not terminate you, you terminated us. While disappointed, we were polite and understanding.
We tried to call you today but just got your voicemail to see if we could possibly resolve your concerns. If you have a change of heart and would like to give us another shot, we would appreciate the opportunity. If not, we hope you are able to find someone who can work with your kids as our first and largest priority is helping as many kids in our community be water safe as possible. We wish nothing but the best for your kids and your family.

Our experience at Fast track swimming has been exceptional, thanks to the welcoming atmosphere and the effective fast track swimming program my son is in. He has improved so much in just a few weeks. Our son looks forward to his lessons with coach Yaya and he never wants to leave. She is so patient and is just the best! We highly recommend!
