Excellent. Have used Fast Forward for years now, most recently rang them just before 5pm to ask to get some equipment collected from South London the next day. It was collected the next morning just after 7am and delivered to us in Lincolnshire at 10.30am. Simple and easy service to use and good price considering the time and effort it would take to do ourselves.

I called this company last week desperate for a same day pick up and delivery. I was very surprised as they went out of their way and usual procedure to help me in my issue. They rang me back within an hour of my call and within the next 2hours I received my parcel! This to me was exceptional service, going out of their usual way to help me.
