He provided me clear explanations of the various documents throughout the process and does not mind reexplaining whichever step we were in, as well as copies of the various documents that we have worked with.
He is incredibly thorough yet brings a lot of his personality on the table. Pat asks good questions to figure out what are the MUSTs when finding a home. Chatting with him throughout the process was a pleasure and felt more like talking with an incredibly knowledgeable friend with great advice instead of an agent, which as a First-Time Homebuyer is a very real concern. Pat helped me feel at ease and helped tremendously in validating my thoughts.
My initial concern when buying a house in Sacramento area was that we did not live in the same regions, but his vast network of teammates and friends, as well as his great research skills led to us to the same end result and he would make his drive over for touring, home inspections, final walks. It was no bother and showed he cared! I’m a thorough person and researched a lot on my own, taking the initiative whenever I can. Pat was able to successfully match that same energy and were able to close in a very short amount of time with no regrets.
