This was a probate sale. I knew nothing about this type of sale nor did I know what to expect. However, Michael was very knowledgeable. He was able to navigate me through each step with patience and accuracy. I had MANY questions and he was sure to answer them for me. I was never left guessing or wondering if things would work out. Michael was efficient. Everything that needed to be done was done. He worked diligently in the process of selling this home for me, From start to finish, I knew I was in good hands with Michael.

Michael helped me big time! He worked with me patiently and diligently and I couldn’t be happier with his services. Other realtors wanted me to sell my house for dirt cheap. Michael and I agreed on a good number and I was able to walk away with what I wanted!

Michael was so professional and attentive throughout the whole process. We ended up buying completely out of area and he helped that transition go smoothly and checked in through the whole process until we closed!

Highly recommended!! He was always available to us whenever we had questions. After almost a year of looking, he got us into our first our first home and we highly appreciate him!!
