There’s not enough good things I can say about Inna and her sister Ilona. She was very responsive and would get back to me very quickly. As a first time buyer and seller she and her sister made it look easy (I’m sure it wasn’t). The entire process came off smoother than I thought it would. I don’t just see them as realtors, I see them as friends at this point.

Sunny is an amazing person and realtor. Professional from beginning to end, Sunny maintained great communication. Even thru the tough times, he framed it as a challenge to conquer. We had tasked him to help us sell our house as per a reverse 1031 exchange (our most complicated transaction to date). Our previous realtor had failed us, and Sunny came in at the last minute to turn things around for us. We had a month and 1/2 to make our deadline to sell our house. Sunny helped recommend upgrades and created actionable items to get our home ready again for sale. In summary, after one week of “affordable” renovations, and two weekends of open house, Sunny negotiated for us the price we needed. Our home was sold within 3 weeks!
As a bonus, Sunny also helped us to rent one of the units in our newly bought home for a bit over market rate in a short amount of time!
