He met with us and spent time to understand what we were looking for, and both set up an automated search and regularly communicated with us to share and highlight possibilities. We spent months looking for just the right home, and Glen stayed focused on our search the entire time. Offer and purchase were greatly facilitated with Glen's help. Glen also continued to support our transition to the new home after the purchase was completed. He personally came and replaced a failed electronic lock on a door, and intervened with the home warranty company that had refused to repair/replace a very expensive damaged appliance, helping us obtain a full replacement cost settlement. We were impressed with his service we retained him to then sell the home we had moved from, and got the same excellent support before, during and after the sale.
