If I could give Tennishia 100 stars, I would. As a first-time home buyer, I had a million questions, fears, and moments of panic — and Tennishia walked me through every single step with patience, confidence, and honestly… a little bit of magic. The true definition of “dedicated” is Tennishia literally submitting our offer while admitted in the hospital from a medical emergency. Most people would say, “I’ll handle it later.” Not her. From a hospital bed, she was still fighting to help us get our dream home. At that point I knew we didn’t just have a realtor — we had a real one. She stayed by our side through inspections, home exceptions, negotiations, and questions I didn’t even know needed to be asked. She constantly advocated for us and made sure we understood everything happening throughout the process. And we can’t forget her amazing sidekick, Zachary! He always came along as our unofficial second set of eyes, and honestly… I still owe him a paycheck. His honest opinions, observations, and input were always appreciated and respected. They truly are the perfect team. Funny enough, my partner and I originally met Tennishia at an open house we attended without our first realtor. I first looked into selling this condo as-is through Zillow, but that did not work out, and that is how I got connected with Jorge Martinez. After we spoke, it became clear that the right path was to remodel it and list it on MLS. Jorge walked the condo with me, helped come up with the plan, and referred me to a contractor team that did a wonderful job with the design, remodeling, and permits. Because of some personal circumstances, we ended up listing in the fall when the market is usually slower, but thanks to the quality of the work, the staging, and Jorge’s marketing, the condo showed extremely well and we closed after Thanksgiving. Jorge did an outstanding job throughout the whole process, and I really could not be happier with how everything turned out. I highly recommend him.
