Joellen Brooks is our new Super Hero. She navigated and successfully reached our goal of selling our parents mobile home. There were many hurdles to get past. JoEllen was a dream to work with on selling my Grandma’s family home. She was extremely compassionate toward my elderly grandparents in what was an emotional sell for them. She was very friendly and welcoming while still being a bulldog when we needed her to be. Her expertise in the field is above and beyond due to her amazing networking talent. She collaborated with local realtor friends for local market insight when it came to listing our property. She was very easy to get ahold of and provided regular, timely updates and gave advice when needed.
