Update: I have been dealing with diamonds falling out of my ring since I purchased it in 2024. The owner was kind enough to repair it the first time, which was about a week after I bought it, but I was told it would likely only be a one time fix. Since then, stones have continued to fall out. We usually buy our diamond jewelry from Diamonds Direct because we trust their quality and appreciate their lifetime warranty. Looking back, we regret purchasing from Fascinating Diamonds. It has been a very disappointing experience.

As we celebrate our 10th anniversary, I feel incredibly grateful that my husband found Agent Diamond. Ritu worked closely with him to source the perfect yellow diamond and helped him collaborate with a designer to create a truly meaningful anniversary ring. Hearing about the care, thought, and intention that went into the process made the gift even more special so much more personal than anything from a chain store. Ritu was exceptional every step of the way. When my ring needed resizing, she personally met with us and brought us to the designer so we could see the process firsthand, even taking time to show us around the Diamond District in NYC. She is professional, knowledgeable, generous with her time, and genuinely fun to work with. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to mark a milestone especially something as meaningful as a 10th anniversary with an extraordinary piece of diamond jewelry.

Raj was very communicative, empathetic and proactive in trying to help me with my mother’s birthday gift. Would recommend! FYI, Im not a big jewelry buyer so was unfamiliar with these kind of stores/offices, but it’s like a small office on high floor. He has a variety of samples/ examples there, but most are ordered / custom (vs a full retail store.)
