Responding back to the owners response about his alcoholic technicians. He responded and stated that “they take matters like that very seriously and if I believe that review was a mistake to reach out to them” , so basically the owner is calling me a liar as if I didn’t see the technician, Mikey, with an open container in his vehicle and also the fact I could smell the beer on his breath. Don’t know what Farnell has going on but the owner must be a drunk as well to blatantly call me a liar, I have eyes so therefore you can not tell me I did not see what I saw. Poor way to handle the issue, again, would not recommend this company.
Would rate 0 stars if that was possible. Technician Mikey reeks of alcohol and when walking by his vehicle I could see an open container of beer and empty cans inside the van as well. Don’t know how they operate but I’m sure that technicians or anyone for that matter should not be drinking and driving and Mikey is a liability. Also the owner is very disrespectful and would not recommend this company to anyone!

Chad, we take all feedback seriously, but we have no record of you as a customer and the claims you’ve made are entirely false. We maintain strict policies regarding employee conduct, including zero tolerance for alcohol use while on the job or in company vehicles.
Our technicians are regularly monitored, and any such behavior would result in immediate termination. It’s unfortunate to see fabricated statements intended to damage our reputation. We’ve reported this review for violating platform guidelines.

I had three heat pump units replaced. The work was completed in 3 days as scheduled. The price was reasonable. I am totally satisfied with the work. The installers were well trained and very proficient. The units being new model using 454B refrigerant, the replacement job was complicated and difficult. The procedures were clearly explained and the work completed to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this company.
