The only decent thing about this place is the indoor playground everything else was a nightmare from start to finish. We hosted my kids 7th birthday here, and it turned out to be one of the worst customer-experience events we’ve ever been part of. Several of our guests complained that the front desk staff were shockingly rude while handling waivers. Instead of welcoming families, they acted like we were inconveniencing them. On top of $550 facility charge and $150 cleaning fee, we also paid $17 per child for 20 kids for the baking experience, and it was a complete disaster. Parents told us the staff kept telling the kids to “stand still” “don’t move or you won’t get your cake pop.” Only two parents were allowed inside with 20 kids squeezed around one tiny table, even though there were multiple empty tables sitting unused. Kids were confused, rushed, and uncomfortable. My daughter told me it was the “worst birthday ever.” Instead of focusing on giving families a good experience, the staff seemed more concerned with watching us to see if we were “breaking” any of their endless rules. We felt policed the entire time rather than hosted. For the price we paid, the treatment was unacceptable. I strongly urge parents to look elsewhere this place ruined what should have been a special day.

We booked this venue for my daughter's 7th birthday, and I can confidently say it was one of the most disappointing and stressful experiences we've ever had. The only positive is the indoor playground. Everything else from customer service to the baking activity was a complete letdown. The front desk staff was extremely rude to multiple guests while checking waivers (who gave us feedback afterwards). Instead of welcoming families, they acted irritated and dismissive. From that moment on, it felt like they were more focused on catching us break rules than providing even basic customer service. We paid $17 per child for 20 kids for the baking activity, and it was terrible. Several parents shared that the staff told children to "stand still or you won't get your cake pop" . Only two parents were allowed inside to supervise 20 kids. All kids were crammed around one table despite several empty tables sitting unused in kitchen. Kids were shoulder-to-shoulder while staff watched sternly. My daughter even said it was the "worst birthday ever," which was heartbreaking. On top of the $500+ facility fee and $340 baking charges, we agreed on $150 cleaning fee because we decided to bring outside food. We were provided only (1) table for food, and when we asked for additional tables for food and kids art, we were told they "didn't have any." They suggested placing the kids' artwork right next to the food. The nickel-and-diming continued nonstop... In addition, we paid: $20 each for two toddlers who stayed in the playground $50 extra for five adults (we exceeded the capacity of 40 guests) We had to push our guests out (it was embarassing!!) since we were told we would be charged $50 per 10 minutes if we went over the extremely tight 10-minute cleanup window. They do not allow decor on wall or even outside balloons, which is absurd for a kids' party venue. They sell the decorations in house though. By the end, I felt like we spent the entire party being watched, policed, and corrected rather than supported. Staff members hovered pointing out "rules" instead of helping create a good experience for the kids. BOTTOM LINE: The playground may look fun, but the staff, policies, and overall experience are terrible. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and unnecessary fees. Book your party somewhere else!!

I can't say enough positive things about Fandory Factory. I had planned a while park party with bounce house and last minute going out it was going to rain. Literally days before the party, I found Fandory Factory. Honestly, I wish I would have gone this route to begin with. The staff was so helpful and their food package took care of everything with little stress. We had kids ranging from 1-5 and EVERYONE had a great time!

We’ve had a wonderful experience with this afterschool pickup program! They are always reliable and trustworthy, which is especially important for families with little ones. Ms. Mirela is always there waiting when school lets out and has built a great rapport with our child’s teacher, which gives us so much peace of mind, especially with a kindergartener. On top of that, students get to build literacy skills in engaging ways, so it’s both enjoyable and educational. Good hours for working parents as they are open until 5:30. The baking camp is a highlight—interactive, fun, and creative. We also really appreciate the allergy-free and safe environment. The staff are friendly, responsive, and easy to reach whenever we have questions. It’s clear they genuinely care about the kids. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this program to other families!

We’ve had such a great experience with this after-school program! They have been incredibly consistent and reliable, which gave me so much peace of mind as a working parent. Communication was always clear and timely, and I always felt in the loop. My son absolutely loved going … so much so that he even wanted to attend on days I had off work! It’s such a relief to find a program that he not only enjoyed but also looked forward to. Highly recommend!

Love Fandory Factory! During Covid I would rent one of the offices while my daughter played in the play area. We also had one of her birthdays there and it was super easy and stress free. I appreciate their philosophy of the importance of play and learning. Highly recommend a visit.

Our son had a fun time during the baking camp at Fandory Factory. One day they baked cake pops and when I picked him up he was so excited to give me all the details on how you make cake pops. Another day he said he made a cupcake all by himself. He did fun crafts, one of them was making and decorating a house for Easter. He had fun on the playground or just building Legos.

We had our 3 year old granddaughter's birthday at Fandory last Sunday. 21 toddlers were attending and we are sure everyone had a great time. It is a wonderful venue and Mirela was so organized and helpful to us. We also have a disabled 20 month old granddaughter who had the best time going to her cousin's birthday party. It was her first birthday party to attend. I highly recommend Fandory and the price is worth it all. Thank you!

We held our daughter's birthday party at Fandory Factory. All of our guests had a great time - the kids enjoyed the play area, while the adults were able to sit back, mingle, and watch the kids from a close distance. Planning the party was a breeze thanks to Mirela who was very responsive and accommodating. She assisted us during the party as well, and was quick to lend a hand whenever needed. We highly recommend Fandory Factory to those who are planning birthday parties for their little ones.

We had a wonderful experience with Fandory Factory's after-school program! Mirela, Aldisa, and the whole staff were incredibly attentive to our needs, keeping us informed on how our daughter was getting along with the other kids. They were always available to answer any questions we had, whether about billing, event details, or program-related information, right from the start. Our daughter absolutely loved the variety of activities they offered each day. She would come home excited, bringing paper hats, gadgets, pinwheels, and other fun projects she created, even learning words in another language. The mix of fun and learning was perfect, and we are so grateful for the positive and engaging environment. Highly recommend!

Fandory is amazing. My 5 yr old daughter never stops talking about how fun fandory is. They started an after school program that includes pick up from her school at Turtleback elementary in Rancho Bernardo.
