Had an amazing stay, place was beautifuland plenty of space for 7 femalesBeds really comfy, kitchen massive with plenty of equipment, 2 great bathrooms, lovely lounge with log burning fire and a hot tub to top it all off.A few minor questions we had bit host responded really quicklyWill definitely come again !!
We had a lovely three night stay as a family of five. The location is superb just a short walk from the centre of Portrush and well placed for Giants Causeway and many a great beach. The darts board and the hot tub were a real treat and the kids loved staying here. Would recommend and absolutely return!
Absolutely perfect! It is hard to find accommodation that caters for visitors with disabilities alongside small children. The house has everything you need. We especially loved the dart board and hot tub. Everything was well presented, clean and tidy. The house was also lovely and warm on our arrival. Would highly recommend!
Just back from a weekend stay at family tides! Fantastic home from home, beautiful well equipped house in a quiet area with the luxury of a hot tub and play area for kids, log fire inside for the cold nights, 2 minute drive from portrush town, just overall perfect! Scott provided great customer service! Will definitely be booking to stay again my little family had the best weekend!

We had a great 2 night stay here with 4 adults, a baby and our dog. We had great communication from first booking and quick responses throughout our stay. The location is so quiet and a lovely 5 minute walk from the east stand and the town is easily accessible. The house had all amenities we could possibly need and although we didn't use the hot tub, it looked amazing!😍 The beds/pillows/bed linen were of extremely high quality, I actually took a picture of the mattress make as it was one of the comfiest sleeps I've ever had! thank you so much for our stay we can't wait to visit again 😊

As for the BBQ, it has always been charcoal — the listing may have caused some confusion, so we’ll review the photos and description to make that clearer. Gas BBQs are a bit tricky due to certification requirements for short-term rentals.We’re sorry to hear about the cleanliness issues with the BBQ grill, air fryer, and cutlery. Our cleaners focus on the main areas during changeovers and unfortunately don’t have time to deep clean kitchen items. We do try to come in between bookings when possible to take care of these things. That said, we’ve now updated our guest message to remind everyone to leave kitchen utensils clean for the next guests.Thanks again for your helpful comments — we really appreciate it and hope to welcome you back again!

brilliant communication from the property owner. The house itself was great. it has everything you need and the darts went down a treat. it's not a far walk from the centre of Portrush or the beach where we were able to catch a wonderful sunset. The location of the bungalow is on a very quiet and peaceful street off the main road.
Our 3rd time back to Scott & Ruths beautiful Home away from home. Perfect family stay every time! Highly recommend and even the nice suprise of a fab new coffee machine for the grown ups and our very own park 4 the kids👌 thanks again 😊

Loved it, a big hit with the kids. A proper bungalow - so was easy for toddlers and for those with mobility issues. Lovely quiet area. Great communication, we would very much hope to go back soon.
The kids thought this was the best ‘holiday home’ ever. The hot tub was a great hit, especially since the weather wasn’t the best. Also Portrush is a good place to find things to do in the rain. We enjoyed the amusement park and White Sands Beach and excellent restaurants.
One of the best places I’ve stayed in. Good sized clean rooms with excellent garden area. Every comfort had been considered and we were made to feel very much at home. Scott was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any queries. Location is great in a quiet area about 5 minutes walk to West Strand Beach. Highly recommended.
Stayed here for a long weekend to finish the easter break. Fantastic place, walking distance from west strand beach. Hot tub is great, the place has everything you need. We had an absolute ball and would definitely stay again. Great for families with kids! Super friendly owner and great experience overall.
