From referral to procedure, the entire office was great. The office staff were respectful and friendly. Questions were answered, my procedure was explained step by step while he worked, and I left feeling confident I would finally have relief. I do wish I'd known about the extra fee kit prior to the procedure or had the medicine prices my insurance doesn't cover explained more thoroughly. All in all, I recommend this practice and will continue to use as needed.

I had the best experience at Family foot and ankle associates. The staff was so kind and professional and the issue that I was having with my feet was not painful as I thought it would be. I am grateful. So if you are having problems with your feet and you are in or near Henderson NC I suggest you make an appointment. You will not be sorry 😃

I have Diabetes and I have to have regular checkups on my feet to make sure I do not get Diabetic ulcers. Dr. Dougherty is very friendly and professional and his staff are the same as well. I feel he and his staff take great care of my feet and I would recommend Dr. Dougherty to anyone needing foot care in the Henderson Louisburg Warrenton or Oxford area.

First time visit with Dr Daughtery. I filled out forms in advance on line. I only needed to sign forms when I arrived. Jessica was very professional and welcoming. Alette was my nurse. She was so nice and friendly. I felt like I had always known her. Very pleased with Dr Daughtery. He listened to my concerns and discussed a treatment plan. Very satisfied with this visit! 👍

I called trying to make a new patient appointment but the person who answered the phone was not very friendly. I didn't get any information, felt unwelcome and I definitely will seek services elsewhere.

I called to become a new patient a black girl answered the phone named Jessica she was very very rude she snapped at me as if I called at a bad time she wouldn't give me details about their services or the doctors on staff she said fo ro our website when asked about the website she goes type on Henderson floor and ankle it'll come up when asked what the Dr's specialize in she says foot and ankle I asked who was the manager she said don't know if it's a real name that it was someone named Ashton and that she wouldn't return until April 8th. Now if this is how the front desk greets you on the phone Jessica then you will not have my business and I will let others know that the customer service is horrific the front desk is the first face voice o anything that invites people to your business the work could be the best in the area but BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY!!! Not sure if I'll even try back for possible care.
