Had poor experience with this clinic. Saw a doctor, received a bill, paid it in full right away. 14 months later get another bill. No way to reach a practice manager. Only one manager for multiple locations, and she does not accept phone calls, and you cannot leave her a VM. Three weeks later got a callback. No, they do not think it is unethical to bill you more than a year later or notify you that the first bill was a partial bill. "We are in the business of collecting payment", is what I heard. Btw, they will ask you to put a credit card on file before you see a doctor and will automatically charge your card 7-10 days after issuing you the invoice. That is also not unethical.

I have been a patient of Dr. Patranek since 2020. In addition to his high level of expertise, I value his kind, easy-going demeanor. I feel like a partner in my treatment. I have repeatedly recommended him to my friends and coworkers!

I am a second member of my family to visit Dr. Petranek's office... for 2 different problems, years apart, and both got the same excellent care and result. Even though he now works a little further for me than when I took my daughter to see him a few years ago, it is 100% worth the drive to seek his care. Dr. Michael Petranek is an excellent doctor, likely THE BEST in his field! I would highly recommend him and his office to anybody struggling with foot or ankle issues.

Received great care from Dr. Charney to drain blood/fluid from under the toenail on my badly stubbed big toe. Pretty sure she saved the toenail, which probably would have otherwise fallen off! Was referred by my primary care provider, who had no clue on what do to, and was able to get a same day appointment, as time is of the essence on this type of injury.

I waited almost two hours after my appointment time to be seen by Dr. Lisa A. Beckinella. They offered no apology for making me wait and she didn’t spend more than 5 minutes with me. They also tried to sell me a $1,200 in orthodics and a $50 lotion at the end. Do not recommend this doctor or practice

When I arrived, I was greeted warmly and felt included in the process immediately. I filled out some additional information that could not be done at home. I waited only 5 minutes to see the nurse and then only 10 minutes after xrays were taken of my foot to see my new doctor. She was great. Diagnosed my problem immediately, arranged for the medical devices I needed, processed the necessary prescription, and scheduled me for a two week return. I was finished in a very short time. Excellent patient care.

Dr. Petranek is great but if you have any questions and want to reach a staff, its impossible. I have sent 7 messages in the portal, called the office twice and left message. At least one of the front desk staff seemed extremely irritated during my first visit and the fact that I can not reach them makes me wonder if the practice does not value Patients time. Although I think Dr. Petranek is a great podiatrist, other things surrounding him (staff and billing ) offset his medical expertise. I will be seeing other podiatrist. 5stars to the doctor and negative 5 to the practice as a whole.

This is a fabulous practice. Dr. Petranek is so knowledgeable and always able to pin point the cause of my foot pain; for instance the callous under my big toe and what to do about my Morton’s Toe on my right/dominant side. His care plans are realistic and he always makes sure all your questions are answered. You never feel rushed through your appointment
I left there yesterday reassured that I am in the right size shoe and several actions that I can take to ensure my feet stay healthy and my shoes stay fitted correctly.’
If there are any foot problems in this family we are going right to Dr. Petranek.

I am grateful to Dr Gordon for his expertise , he listens carefully to the issues that I have with my feet and pays attention to detail.
The office staff at the Reston location are professional and courteous
My only concern is that the building at Reston is dark and dingy and the hallway carpet coming out of the elevator needs cleaning.
