Absolute joy to be here! My first time visiting as I had a cracked tooth on my flight to San Francisco. Chanced upon this place and was triaged by Romero and treated by Dr. Shivani Madhav. Very professional, much better than the dentist I visit back home in Singapore!

New and modern but the service are getting bad, first a have to wait over 20 mins beyond my appointment time then after my cleaning I have to wait again for at least 15 + mins just to see a doctor.
Loved Dr.Nguyen and assistant Kara. So kind and patient with my grandma. So happy with service from front office to back office. Thank you for kind and compassionate care
Not going back . Densitsr goes back and forth between patients. Been a customer for many years went above the 1k and the sh/her pronoun receptionist didn’t even offer a payment plan. She thought it’s still 2018 never going back . It’s a great facility just bad experience
We’ve been going to Family Dental for years. Adults and children. Their doctors are very professional and plainly explain to us their concerns and take the time to show us in x-rays or photos. Recently, one of our kids had a serious fall and we appreciated Family dental seeing us the next day. They’re on time but don’t rush us out. Cleanings are very thorough. They have a range of newer equipment too. I highly recommend giving them a try.
Dr. Ting was fantastic! She fixed my broken Invisalign part quickly and smoothly, and was super friendly and professional throughout. The office is clean and welcoming. And it’s very accessible with a lot of parking spaces. I highly recommend coming here for your dental needs!
I had a toothache for the first time in my life that had persisted for two days. I was a regular patient at this office about 15 years ago (this office was near my work at the time) and even though I’ve been seeing a dentist near my home since, Family Dental was able to get me in same day on a Sunday to be evaluated and was able to schedule an endodontist appointment for the following day. Amazing! The entire team was wonderful. So grateful for Family Dental.

The worst absolute worst dental office. The owner hired their nephew to be the manager and he's a pompous arrogant man.
I went in complaining about pain on my upper right teeth and said my gums feel inflamed and it hurts constantly, and the dentist DR LAUNDRY WHO I DO NOT RECOMMEND, told me there was nothing wrong. Then I come back for another problem and she tells me I need a root canal done. I looked at her in pure shock like how are you trying to tell me I need a root canal MONTHS later after I already complained prior about my pain ? Then I went because I had bad TMJ pain. The dentist who saw me stuck her finger in my mouth and said I have no idea what to do for the pain.
It was just bad after bad after bad. I went to a tmj specialist and they told me that family dental is wild for not giving you lidocaine for the pain.
Long story short I explained my frustrations to this manager named Morgan... he had me on speaker, and as I told him everything.... He responded with I don't care and if you don't trust us, why do you keep coming back. I will admit, I blew up on him over the phone but he deserved every bit of my bad mouthing. I will be contacting a lawyer. Morgan doesn't know how to run a dental office and should be fired for the way he spoke to me BEFORE I blew up on him.
Ps. THEY SCAM YOU AND THEY WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO! ALSO THEIR OFFICE HAS GOTTEN DUSTY AND DIRTY AND THEYRE ALL UNCLEAN AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I know THREE PREVIOUS EMPLOYEES WHO WARNED ME BUT I DIDNT LISTEN !
