My personal exp I honestly think some of the negative reviews need to be put into perspective. I recently talked to Falcon Tour & Travel because I had some questions after seeing some of the negative reviews. They were actually really open about everything and explained that they’ve done 1,500+ trips, while having around 20 negative reviews. Obviously, 20 bad reviews doesn’t look great when you just see that number by itself. But when you compare it to 1,500+ trips, it’s a pretty small percentage. And realistically, with a transportation company, things are going to go wrong sometimes. There’s traffic, delays, vehicle problems, last-minute issues, etc. You can’t put 1,500+ vehicles on the road and expect every single trip to be perfect. What I liked was that they didn’t try to make excuses or pretend that nothing ever goes wrong. They basically acknowledged that problems happen and explained how they deal with them when they do. I think it’s easy to read a few bad reviews and assume the whole company is terrible, but you also have to look at the bigger picture. I am happy with them, and after actually talking to them about the negative reviews, I feel comfortable recommending them. No transportation company is going to have a perfect record, but how they handle problems when they happen matters a lot too.

DO NOT BOOK! If I could give 0 stars I would! I wouldn’t use this company if someone offered me a million bucks to. This terrible company cancelled our party bus for 50 people on the morning of our engagement party. It’s now been 10 days with no refund. I have been absolutely ghosted and needed friends to call off their phones to get a response. My fiancé has been told 3 times they are “working on the refund” yet they have not answered me once. This is the headache not needed on top of the stress from wedding planning. We have got our lawyers involved and will not let them get away with this.

Great Our family reunion was very special because of Prestige Ride Limousine. We booked the Lincoln Navigator limo, which can hold about 20 people, and it was perfect for our big group. This company is a SCAM! They took our payment, sent a contract, confirmed with myself and my wedding coordinator the week of, gave an excuse the day of, and still DID NOT SHOW UP for our transportation on my wedding night. They have been an absolute nightmare from our first payment. Day after my wedding and they gave me an excuse that our reservation was never put in the system and that the person who coordinated it was fired, but then that person emailed us back the same night saying they would process our refund. It is now 3 days later and no further response or refund.
