We had a great experience chartering for a recent RYA course, the boat was well maintained and in good condition. Arranging the charter was easy, the shore team were responsive and really helpful. Will definitely use them again if we need a charter boat.

I chartered a yacht from Fairview for a week during the summer. The whole process was very smooth, and the very experienced and helpful staff were on hand with support every step of the way. The yacht was well maintained and everything was exactly where they said it would be. No hesitation in recommending them - you can trust them to meet expectations.

A great weekend sailing thanks to the Fairvew team. We literally stepped on to the boat and it was all ready to go on the weekends adventure! The location of Fairview Sailing in Port Hamble made the experience even more convenient! I would definitely recommend Fairview to others!

Chartered C'Est Cie Bon, an Oceanis 37, for 4 days. 2nd year running we've chartered from Fairview. Both times Prue and the team were very helpful before and on arrival. Easy parking. The boat was ready and after a quick inventory check we were off to Cowes. Then to Lymington, Portsmouth (recommend Royal Clarence Marina) and back to Cowes (in a Force 7-8). The boat sailed well in the varied conditions and we had a great time again. I will def charter from Fairview again.

We have used Fairview for many years and have never been dissapointed. The staff are great,friendly and very helpful.
I highly recommend them for charters in the Solent and beyond.
The boats are always well prepared and very clean so you can step on board,get sorted, and get away.
Already booked another charter.

I originally booked for a weekend charter in October 2023, but the weather had other plans. However, Fairview was happy to hold my booking over to April when we had a great weekend’s sailing. The formalities were completed very quickly and, as there had been no charterer the day before, we were allowed to take the boat away some hours early.

Weekend Solent Charter
Excellent service through the whole process of organising and experiencing a weekend solent-based charter.
Very helpful staff (Prue in particular) made the weekend most enjoyable and stress-free.
Even though the boat was not a the newest, which I knew when I booked the charter and a couple of minor things that didn't work, it did not affect our weekend in any way.
Would recommend to others for similar charters.

Been using Fairview for well over 20 years now for bareboat charter. Modern clean reliable boats and first class service. Nothing is too much trouble to make sure your charter is everything you want it to be.

Had an absolutely fantastic day out on The Solent with a 37ft yacht from Fairview. We booked an assisted skipper - Josh - just to give us a bit of added confidence because the waters round the Solent are so busy... and he was awesome. Can't wait to do it again! (Hopefully sometime soon!)

Amazing time. Great skippers and great sailing. Only comment. Would prefer if we do this in future that mooring fees and fuel refilling would be included in the charges.

This was the best experience, we received loads of information prior to arriving so no issues at all.
The signing over and collection was so easy and quick. It made our departure from the harbour without any concerns.
The boat was comfortable and fully equipped.
We had a great week and would highly recommend this boat company, we will be back next year.

Fairview were great as always (must be about my 7th time chartering from them). Hamble is the perfect starting point for the Solent and beyond. Great, friendly customer service before, during and after our charter. Excellent way to enjoy sailing...
