I brought my Xterra in for an estimate for damage and water intrusion from a local car wash.
Austin took care of my estimate like I was almost family, even taking time to show me the tool that is used for the repair.
Even though I'll do the repair myself, and told him so, he still offered to put tape on the 4 holes in my roof as it was raining.
I never had a standing body shop I could trust...until now.
I hope I dont need you guys, but its certainly good to know who I can TRUST.
Start to finish, awesome work. Walked in and got an estimate done quickly and before any claim was processed. They let me know once it progresses, let the insurance company know I already got an estimate and they'd take it from there. Knowing the work would get done, they got me on the schedule as well. Dropped it off on the scheduled day, and even with a few very small hiccups (waiting on parts) it was still completed on the original date they said, even though they mentioned the hiccups could cause a delay. As for the work, the pictures show fairly well. You can't tell the truck was side swiped at all. Couldn't be happier with Walter's and definitely trust them for any future body work!
Walters is go-to auto body shop, of which we have a love/hate relationship. We LOVE going to Walters to talk with Austin and have the work done, because we know it will be expertly done, making our car look as good as new! But we hate that our car needs collision repair.
Our first visit to Walters' was in the '90's. Since then, we've dealt with Dwayne and now his son, Austin, several times. All of our repairs were as discussed and all we expertly performed. There you have it. No need to look further, just select Walters!
