Chris' work is nothing short of 5 stars.
I contacted him last year to have an old gas fire removed and a new radiator put it - this was complete and the work was exceptional - had no issues, he tidied up and left all as it was before.
Then, yesterday I had a small gas leak. I contacted Chris and he said he was on a job and would be there later. He turned up at the time he said he would and quickly found the leak and rectified it as needed (This was on a Sunday evening).
I'm very happy with what he did and will be calling on his services as and when needed.

Had a couple of issues with our boiler, rang Tenacity plumbing and heating in the morning and Chris came and looked into it for us, he was very professional and sorted the problem out for us, even though it was gone 7 pm in the evening, big thank you to him as I know he fitted us in at the end of his working day, need a couple of more jobs doing and will definitely be using Tenacity again for these, 5 star service from start to finish.

Rang chris at 4pm today and was round in no time, did amazing job on sorting my leak( my cock up thinking I could fix a water2 filter).

Recently, I upgraded my central heating system by replacing 3 old radiators, one of which was difficult to adjust to my needs in the winter. Chris did a terrific job and I'm glad I've had the work done.
Chris is a hard, dedicated worker.
I did find I had to prompt a few messages to get some clarification on the date & time, but then I found out it was because he was waiting for the delivery of parts, etc.
Also, I think any pictures sent in communication of the radiators' availability and different choices in price & style would have been welcomed.
Having said that, I'm pleased with my designer radiator in the bedroom: it looks good.
Definitely, I will be considering Chris again for future work.

Chris worked efficiently and calmly to safely remove gas oven in fitted kitchen. He also installed new electric oven and hob. He did not leave a mess. Would definitely recommend him.

Hi,
I used Tenacity plumbing for a couple of jobs . First off to confirm a fault and secondly to replace my old boiler . I am very impressed with all work undertaken. Chris turned up when he said he would, and worked none stop to get the boiler replacement done . He even used a carpet cover and hovered up once done, so no mess !

Chris was really quick to come out when we had an issue with a boiler. He told us our options and we agreed it would be best to get a new one. He fit us in at short notice and did the job in a day. His prices are really good as well. Will definitely be using the company again if we have a plumbing issues in the future.
