We had an excellent experience with Made from Royal Bali Tour, who was our driver throughout our time in Bali. From the moment he picked us up at the airport to our transfer back at the end of the trip, everything was smooth, reliable, and stress-free.
Made drove us from the airport to Ubud, took us on tours around Ubud, helped with transfers to activities in Seminyak, and ensured we got back to the airport on time. He was incredibly considerate, punctual, and always made us feel safe and well looked after as a family.
The car was clean, comfortable, and perfect for getting around, and Made’s calm, friendly nature made the whole experience even better.

Amazing experience with Royal Bali Tour! The guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel very welcome. The car was clean and comfortable, and the itinerary was flexible to suit what we wanted. We visited beautiful spots and learned so much about Balinese culture. Best driver in Bali!!! Picked us up right from the airport and made the whole trip stress-free. Gave great recommendations, took us to the speed boat for Nusa Penida, a coffee plantation tour, ATV riding, and some awesome beach clubs in Ubud. Super friendly, reliable, and punctual — highly recommend!

Susila collected us with clear instructions and name plaque at the airport , we also booked him to take us on a day trip to the coffee plantation and Aloha swings, very safe driver, knowledgeable and kind.
Susila had to drive while the rain was very heavy and thunderstorms but we felt totally safe.
Would 100% recommend.

Yesterday we had great experience with Susila and his tour company exploring some of Bali's natural wonders. Susila is a fantastic guide, very well spoken, curiosity on the busy roads and happy to accommodate any of our requests. Susila, never tried to up sell or try to convince us in to seeing or trying another tourist stop. That was quite refreshing and helped us enjoy our experience.
Susila was on time and was always in early contact to ensure we got the best of our day.
I would highly recommend using this tour company and a huge shout out to Susila Ay for a great day out.
Made was a great tour guide for our afternoon in the Sidemen region. Would highly recommend his business.
