Color was not as expected. Seller was very patient and supportive in trying to get issue resolved. It ended up actually being the right color, it was another vendor that sent the wrong color. Highly recommend!

I thought the mat would have the nice accent stitching like in the photo. It has a very plain in appearance without the accent. I chose not to do the initials. Also, it would have been nice to have a felt backing. I feel like I paid too much for what I got.

Thank you for your candid review. Any personalization, including accent stitching or custom details, does need to be specified at the time of ordering. Our standard process is to match the stitching color to the mat unless contrast stitching or a special style is requested. We also appreciate your note about the felt backing and will keep this in mind for future improvements. :)
