Great experience. We bought online and dropped in to pick-up. Everything was ready when we arrived, the staff (owners I suspect) were very friendly, helped with loading my truck and provided a written invoice.
We are delighted with the quality of the stainless shelves we purchased. Each shelf was plastic wrapped, super sturdy, but actually the protective layer was so sturdy it was a bit of a mission to remove it... Better protected, than not though!
Once removed, the assembly was quick and easy, and the shelves stand rock solid, about 1,800 X 1,800mm and definitely suitable for our commercial application.
I used turps to remove any glue residue from the protective layer.
I suspect that these shelves are made in China and the quality and price is very compelling and we've decided to buy another.
