I was referred to Brenda DeLaCruz at EZ Fundings Home Loans after the original lender I went to told me I couldn't purchase the home I was interested in with my VA loan because the property was not VA-certified. I was thisclose to giving up when Brenda stepped in. She has a plethora of experience working with the VA and was able to work with the VA and the HOA to get the property inspected and certified!
