Horrible Customer Service I recently purchased some Celine Frames (December 2024). By May 2025 they started to show some signs of tarnishing on the side branches. They now look old and have lost their gloss, with some discolored areas. I am very disappointed and reached out to customer service which could not care less and kept sending automatic messages saying I was outside of the 30 days window even though this is not normal wear and tear. They suggested to call Celine customer service which I did without of course any success. So I am left with an expensive frame I bought 7 months ago and look as it was 2 years old.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered contacts for my son in October 2024. We received them fairly quickly, which was nice. However, my son complained that his vision was blurry. We were supposed to receive contacts for astigmatism, but the prescription was never verified with his eye doctor before shipping. My son had written on the boxes 'LEFT and RIGHT' to keep them separate. I explained all this and were sent a return label to send back unopened boxes. We were advised that the correct contacts were a bit more and for the opened boxes (that couldn't be returned), we could order at the price different. However, I explained since I was already out over $300, I would need to wait until the refund processed before I could spend more money. 20+ emails and 3 months later, I am now being told that I will not be getting the refund, yet they accepted the return. So still no useable contacts and over $300 gone. Totally sickened by this entire experience

Wrong prescription have to use reading glasses.I ordŵered contacts for the first time. The prescription contacts I received are the wrong prescription. I have to use readers to see up close. If I had more monet I would order the wrote contacts. These suck. I entered the prescription on the website. I was under the impression that the prescription would be verified with my eye doctor. PoorI ordered contacts which showed that they were in stock it was three weeks later that they shipped i had contacted EZcontacts twice before they shipped was told they had not cot the contacts from there factory or wherever yet so it took very close a month to get the contacts to me i fill that this was very poor service and probably will not order my next contacts from EZcontacts.. basically fast talker with all the answers right or wrong .. But very polite lol.. Reason I chose this business: It was supposed to be fast service which failed!

DissapointedOrdered contacts, after 10 days had not received. Called customer service and found out business was closed for a full week due to Jewish holidays. After reopening the business my contacts were on backorder. I asked the customer service rep if they could be priority Ship due to the fact that the backorder and the holiday was not the customer's fault. I was told they would not do that as a customer Courtesy. It took me a full month to get the contacts after I ordered them due to the holiday and the backorder. It really put me in a bind because I expected to have them within two weeks. Although I understand the Jewish holiday and taking the week off I think the customers need consideration in this situation.I will not be ordering from easy contacts again. Would not help with delay in receiving contacts Reason I chose this business: Prior ordering
