Horrible Customer Service
I recently purchased some Celine Frames (December 2024). By May 2025 they started to show some signs of tarnishing on the side branches. They now look old and have lost their gloss, with some discolored areas. I am very disappointed and reached out to customer service which could not care less and kept sending automatic messages saying I was outside of the 30 days window even though this is not normal wear and tear. They suggested to call Celine customer service which I did without of course any success. So I am left with an expensive frame I bought 7 months ago and look as it was 2 years old.
