Yes, I received my order My contacts came in a timely manner right to my mailbox

I love the style They are very light, which is something I look for in sunglasses. But I realized that one of the plastics where it is held on the nose is loose as it is not adjusted, like the one on one side is adjusted and the other is almost coming off the sunglasses and I am afraid that it will come loose and get lost, I need to change them For others, both sides are good and not defective, one side is good and the other side is loose. Since they are expensive so that they are also poorly made and do not last a month with them. I only have a couple of days and I didn't realize that the sunglasses were defective.

Disappointing Lens Choices on Site I upgraded to premium polycarbonate Rx lenses when I ordered because there was no choice available in the pull-down menu for coatings…I did get UV and anti-glare but I found out later no scratch resistant coating. I called next business day and was told I could not change my order to add scratch resistant coating. So I payed a premium for less than what is standard coatings pretty much every where else in the world.

Hopeless Sent in prescription. Wrong product knowingly sent. Went through return procedure before being advised the correct product was out of stock. Because of poor service I was forced to leave country with only five days of supply. Very disturbing. I've been a customer for some time, but never again.

You Didn't Have Them, We Not Going To Notify Me I've ordered one pair before, it was a hassle. It was during Passover, so I didn't get what was supposed to be 2-3 days shipping into a month. This past time, I ordered a pair, I paid for EXPEDITED SHIPPING, I think it was 1-2 days. They didn't show up, so I called. The representative on the phone said 'Oh, well we don't have those frames anymore and they're discontinued so we won't be getting more.' Ok, that's fine. I asked the rep, 'Were you all going to tell me unless I called and asked?' You own representative, said 'I hate to say it, but probably no.' That's a $#*!ing $#*!ty way to run a business. Based on these two experiences, I wouldn't recommend anyone do business with you all until you figure simple things like inventory out.

Contacts are good; site not so much There is no way to get any discount unless you have a coupon. I had a credit of $4.99, but have to jump through hoops to claim it.
