Should be zero stars How it possible that this company has such a high rating? Possible fake reviews by the company? Look at the better business bureau reviews. Run from this company. I purchased frames. They charged me. Never mailed anything. When I contacted them, they said it was on back order. After contacting them a second time, they said sorry it has been beyond 90 days. So no refund, but here is 30% off lense add ons. So you want me to buy something else after you failed to deliver the product? WOW! Don't just take my word, look at the better business review site on the number of complaints. Horrible company.

Probably not another order Positive: The order process was straightforward. Typical experience with onsite ordering. Negative: Submitted insurance information on the side including uploading insurance documentation. Kept receiving emails to follow up on submitting insurance information from multiple different emails. After 5 or 6 emails, I finally responded that I had already submitted my forms online and even sent it to another representative on another email, do not email me again unless it is someone from the management team.

Terrible customer service policy - was sent the wrong contacts and they won't replace or refund! I have been purchasing contacts from EZ contacts for several years. I recently placed an order for two boxes of ASTIMATISM lenses. They sent me non-Astigmatism and a different RX than what I ordered and paid for. Because I assumed the lenses were correct, I opened the box. When I realized I was sent the wrong lenses, I contacted them and asked them to refund me or replace them with the correct ones. They refused saying because the box was opened (even though the contacts weren't open) they could not replace them or refund me the full amount. Even though it was their mistake! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Two Months without Glasses Ordering from EZContacts was simple and straightforward. However, when I received my glasses the first time, the lenses were loose in the frames. This would produce a rattling sound whenever you walked or cleaned the lenses. Customer service was understanding of the situation, and promptly sent me a return label to exchange the glasses. I mailed them back. It took almost two weeks for the new glasses. During that time I was moving from Michigan to Colorado. I sent customer service my updated mailing address. They failed to change the name on the mailing address. When the glasses arrived at the Colorado post office, they would not deliver them because that name was not associated with the P.O. Box. So, the glasses went back to New Jersey. It took another week for them to mail the glasses back out with the correct name. Upon receiving the glasses, they had the same issue as the first pair. The lenses were ridiculously loose in the frames. I sent them back for a full refund. I would not recommend using this company. Overall, this process took two months to resolve, but I still need new glasses.

Excellent experience I originally saw the frames I purchased on EZ Contacts at a retail shop, I got the same frames for 1/3 of what they sold for retail. They were exactly what I wanted at a fraction of the price. I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience and the product that I received.

Very disappointed My husband ordered his 3 pairs of glasses 3 months ago and he is still waiting for one the pairs. It is unacceptable that to wait for months to get the glasses. The customer service calls do not help much since it is a back order. We have been ordering glasses every year for past 5 years. This probably a last time if this is how the business will be performed.
