Matthew was attentive and informative on various eye conditions during the eye examination. He explained the different lens options for my eye condition. The sales assistant's were extremely helpful, selecting various frames that suited my long skinny head. At no point was I rushed. I was informed of the offers available and received a reduced 2nd pair with free transition lens. I'm absolutely over the moon with the service; more importantly we had a really good laugh during the process. I'll definitely be back in the future.

Routine eye exam Had my routine eye examination with Matthew today, have been seeing him for many years now and he is always so friendly and patient. Every detail is explained and there is no rush. The staff always give you a lovely greeting and are so efficient and helpful offering advice with new frames etc.

I had my first eye test today with Mathew he explained everything during the eye test . It was best most informative eye exam l have had compared to other larger opticians . When selecting the frames l was left to choose there was no pressure selling the assistant was great and explained the best value for money In the future l will return for all my optical needs .Great service

Had my eye test today with a lovely man called Mathew, what a lovely man, He was so happy and he is so informative of what he's doing, he talked me through everything. You can tell he cares so much about peoples eye health. Then I was helped by Cheryl to choose my new glasses, Cheryl was also lovely and had time for me. I come here because I suffer with bad anxiety and a larger opticians is to crowded for me and I always felt rushed . This place is ideal and I don't get overwhelmed in this smaller quieter environment. Would highly recommend, the other lady who checked me in was lovely to, I can't remember her name. I look forward to collecting my new glasses.
