Dipesh & team are very knowledgeable when it comes to eye tests and prescriptions. They have done an amazing job to assess my daughter’s eye health. They have wide range of frames to pick from at affordable prices. Highly recommend Eye2eye to anybody.

I've been with the practice for some time and so are my family. Had extremely good service for 10+ years. Feel there not about just making money and the expectation is not to buy new glasses every visit. I had a lot of difficulty adjusting to my varifocal lenses and Depesh and all the staff were very patient and helpful in providing a solution that worked for me. Will definitely continue using the outstanding service provided and would not consider going to a large franchise.

Both my husband and I found the optometrist Jaya absolutely excellent and very professional. She was extremely thorough with our eye examinations and took time to explain each stage.
They have the very latest eye testing equipment so we felt very confident of an accurate eye test result.
The front desk staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and patient.
Because of my eye condition I was advised for driving to have a dashboard prescription in the lower part of the lens of my distance glasses.
Also an extra activating filter in the transitions which I found excellent when driving.

2025: After 9 years I have returned and got my specs from these amazing people again. Their customer service is out of this world, they will go the extra extra mile for you. The whole process was so comfortable, friendly and fun. The prices are reasonable and their frame and lens choices are endless & high quality.

Owner is very rude, charged me for adjusting my glasses after using this branch for 10 years +. I understand I didn’t buy the glasses from them but for the past 3-5 years everyone else from this branch and the store in the bushey seems to be fine with adjusting them. I’ve also been to other opticians and despite not being with them and not purchasing the glasses from them I’ve never been charged. Costs nothing to be nice and helpful. I don’t even really mind the charge but to be rude and disrespectful with a sarcastic attitude is the reason for the review.

Thank You for your review. We provide a great service to our customers and are always willing to do repairs and adjustments and often at no charge, even if they are not from us. As you mentioned you have not bought glasses from us since 2017, we still usually do adjustments happily every time on your glasses purchased elsewhere. However it was only fair for us to charge a small service fee of £5 this time, of which we asked for you to put that into a charity box. Sorry that you felt it’s rude, disrespectful, sarcastic or being unhelpful.
Absolutely would recommend my whole family have been going for years. They are the only opticians to find underlying medical problems with family members.
Highly professional and friendly service.
