I would like to leave a review for Eye2eye in Bushey Heath Firstly I would like to say a great big thank you to all of the team in this store. From the moment I walked in they were all so pleasant and cheerful. They are so attentive and helpful with advice on my eyes. I can’t thank them enough for the service and support I received from start to finish. The best customer service by far , thanking Jaya, Sarah, and Vilma not forgetting the owner Dipesh. I hope that’s the way it is spelt. I am recommending them to all the people I know. 5 🌟 Rosie Sweeting

On 4 February, I visited the opticians to have a screw and lens on my spectacles fixed. The lady who helped me was extremely polite, kind, and helpful, and asked me to wait while she repaired them. She also did not charge me for the repair. I will definitely be returning in future, as the customer service was excellent.

Amazing Team I travel 1hour to see these guys I have been elsewhere and been let down several times. I was recommended to see the team at Eye2eye from a friend from the moment I arrived I got a greeted by the receptionist who was lovely my the eye test with Jaya was different to anywhere else she knew what she was talking about a breath of fresh air. I then got to meet Sarah who again knew exactly what she was talking about I also met the owner Dipesh who greeted me with respect and gave me all the time I needed. My purchase was a pleasure Dipesh went out of his way to make sure I got the delivery of the glasses as I was flying out next day. I would like to thank Jaya, Sarah, and Dipesh for your help and experience.

I usually hate shopping for glasses as I have a petite face and most opticians don't have anything suitable or very little choice. I decided to have a look here and I was extremely impressed with the service and help I received in choosing frames which fit my face. Sarah helped me with choosing the frames and she was brilliant, I was amazed at the choices too. She just knew what would fit my face. Then I saw Dipesh who helped me place the order, again very kind and knowledgeable. I ended up ordering 2 pairs as they had good choices. Within a week, the glasses were ready and Vilma assisted with the fitting and was very kind and helpful. I will definitely be returning here as the staff were brilliant, thank you again.

Everyone working at eye to eye at Bushey is so nice and welcoming. Recently they undertook my 2 year NHS test and as always the test was very thorough and not rushed. Today I experienced something with my right eye that I thought needed urgent examination. I phoned them and they immediately fitted me in between appointments to give me an examination and put my mind at rest. Superb in every way. Thanks. From me and my wife and our Daughter.
