I usually hate shopping for glasses as I have a petite face and most opticians don't have anything suitable or very little choice. I decided to have a look here and I was extremely impressed with the service and help I received in choosing frames which fit my face. Sarah helped me with choosing the frames and she was brilliant, I was amazed at the choices too. She just knew what would fit my face. Then I saw Dipesh who helped me place the order, again very kind and knowledgeable. I ended up ordering 2 pairs as they had good choices. Within a week, the glasses were ready and Vilma assisted with the fitting and was very kind and helpful.
I will definitely be returning here as the staff were brilliant, thank you again.

Very professional, helpful and friendly staff. My daughter had her first eye test at Eye 2 Eye today and she was so well taken care of. She keeps talking about how amazing the tests were. I've had my eye tests done a number of times at Eye 2 Eye and I'm very happy with the level of care and help received from this dedicated team.

Everyone working at eye to eye at Bushey is so nice and welcoming. Recently they undertook my 2 year NHS test and as always the test was very thorough and not rushed.
Today I experienced something with my right eye that I thought needed urgent examination. I phoned them and they immediately fitted me in between appointments to give me an examination and put my mind at rest. Superb in every way. Thanks. From me and my wife and our Daughter.

I popped into eye2eye Bushey today after my lens had popped out of my glasses, and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Sarah went over and above to fix them on the spot, taking the time to make sure everything was secure and properly adjusted. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring — a level of service you don’t often see these days. I’m really grateful for her help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone
