The crew was very professional and worked quickly to get us packed and loaded before an epic thunderstorm hit! They went to great lengths to ensure that mud didn’t get tracked into the house.
I'm so happy and thankful I chose Express Moving and Storage. Nikki and Brittini went above and beyond to help me out in a pinch when I needed them during a stressful time. I had to move all of my living furniture and a few other large items into storage while my floors were removed due tol water damage I had in my condo a few months ago. The movers came promptly on a hiliday before 9am and carefully packed all of my heavy furniture and other items. It only took a few hours. I've also had a hard time finding a contractor to do the work on my projects. Brittini and Nikki have been so supportive and patient. They listen and sincerely care. The storage rates are very reasonable. I was nervous because of all the expenses I've incurred and not knowing if my insurance will cover the cost.
I highly recommend Express Moving and Storage. They truly care about their clients, they're knowledgeable, and they work long hours - including holidays!

The team hustles and works really hard . I did not give a full 5 stars only because the move of our stuff from storage was chaotic . Boxes were not labeled properly and we had some damage to a special patio chair that was not brought to my attention . In addition we are missing two ladders and our pool table was dissected and pieces parts have not all been discovered yet . We paid for disassembly , which was done very well. I am hoping we can resolve above items . We paid for pool table assembly and I am not sure all parts were delivered . We will see as everything was dumped in our basement and we are sorting through it all this week .

Express moving staff is very responsive. Helped me double check my inventory. They were flexible to add things I did mot list initially. The manager came to our home to check that the space and area to load was safe due to the snow storm. The team who did the move was very respectful and very careful with our belongings. I highly recommend Express Moving.

I cannot say enough good things about Robin and his team. I was in a very stressful situation when my original moving company canceled on me the day before my move, and with only 24 hours’ notice, Robin stepped in and made it happen.

Update 1/31/2026: had our 2nd stress-free, very efficient move with Express after 2.5 years. Crew of 4 was able to skillfully park the truck in a different garage due to destination building’s service elevator wasn’t working, and navigate all the snow built up on the streets. No damages, reasonable pricing, very organized intake and communication process!!
I found them on Angi and Peter gave me a call to ask for the move information/inventory so he can provide a quote. He was very professional and gave a reasonable quote. We decided to go with Express because of the other positive reviews and getting our first choice time slot.
We had a stress-free move today!! The 2 person team led by Gabriel arrived on-time and was super professional - they brought supplies and worked very efficiently. It was local move with back to back move-out and move-in, all done in 6.5 hours. Our furniture was carefully wrapped and nothing was damaged. The movers were patient and adaptable because the destination service elevator didn't work, and we had to share elevators with other residents. They were also very understanding when my partner asked to adjust where the furniture was placed.
My only criticism would be the method of payment the company has. I was asked to show proof of deposit, which I paid on Zelle a month ago, but I never received a confirmation email or document to demonstrate that clearly. I had to go through my Zelle history to find it, which cost us time from unpacking. The Zelle payment option is convenient indeed, but I wished the movers were informed of my deposit before making the trip out. Nonetheless I highly recommend them and would choose them again!

I chose Express Moving and Storage to move a family member out of an apartment to a storage unit. The booking process was easy and quick and they are very responsive to your communications. The estimate was on point and the final cost was midway between. They show up on time, were amazing with wrapping and assisting in taking some things apart. They were very gentle with everything.
