We have found Juans office through a youtube video from his son. The information given in this video made us contact Juan. And we are glad we did. Buying a house in Spain can be very complex. Different rules and procedures as we are used to in The Netherlands or Germany. Juan hat sich sehr viel Zeit bei unserem ersten Telefonat genommen, alle meine Fragen verständlich zu beantworten und mir den gesamten Ablauf eines Immobilienkaufs in Spanien ausführlich zu erklären. Schon nach diesem Gespräch hatte ich ein sehr gutes Gefühl.
Anschließend haben wir uns persönlich kennengelernt. Auch dabei hat sich mein positiver Eindruck bestätigt. Ich habe mich jederzeit ehrlich, kompetent und sehr professionell beraten gefühlt und konnte ihm mit gutem Gefühl eine Vollmacht erteilen.
Während des gesamten Kaufprozesses war die Kommunikation hervorragend. E-Mails und Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet und ich wusste immer, wie der aktuelle Stand ist. Als sich der Verkauf meiner Wohnung in Deutschland (und damit die Kaufpreiszahlung) unerwartet verzögerte, wurde sofort unkompliziert eine Lösung gefunden. Ich hatte nie das Gefühl, unter Druck zu stehen.
Juan kümmert sich zudem neben dem Kauf der Immobilie auch um die anschließenden Formalitäten wie die Ummeldung von Strom, Wasser, Eigentümergemeinschaft und weiteren Behörden.
Gerade als deutsche Käuferin war es für mich sehr beruhigend, einen Anwalt an meiner Seite zu haben, der hervorragend Deutsch spricht und sich sowohl rechtlich als auch menschlich hervorragend um alles kümmert.

Juan speaks fluent English and (I believe) German. He handled the conveyancing on our house purchase efficiently and at very reasonable rates, and then went the extra mile to help us get established with setting up tax & local authority registrations, bank accounts, utilities contracts, etc, etc. He is a very likeable, efficient and trustworthy lawyer with excellent local connections, well respected here.
