I had just had a dreadful experience with Santander (with whom I'd banked for over 30 years right back to when they were the Abbey National). Luckily a friend advised me to contact Exe Mortgages. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I was lucky to have Emma helping me. She swiftly and carefully took the details, understood the problem I'd had and within 24 hours had identified potential providers. She managed my expectations brilliantly in that she was clear that many things can come up during the process. Everything went smoothly and quickly and I'm delighted to say that I'm now with Nat West. If I ever need another mortgage I will be coming right back!
