The attention to detail shown by Sam was nothing short of exemplary.
We had a 6am pick up for travel to the airport and a midnight arrival on our return. Both perfect . Also (Hussan) thank you for our ride home after a 12 hour flight,you ended our holiday in fine style.
I've been using this Executive car service for my (growing) family for the past 3+ years and couldn't recommend more. Travelling long distances, safely with correctly fitted baby seats (3x in my case), while in a luxury setting. Sam & his professional team take all the stress out of our travel always on time, lots of communication and professional drivers. Highly recommend.

I was extremely happy as a solo female traveller with the service provided by Sam who arranged my 2 trips to and from a nightime concert that I attended. The 2 drivers I had on the night arrived and were waiting ready for me ahead of the pick up time, were polite and friendly. Their luxury cars were immaculately clean and comfortable. I had no trouble finding the driver after the concert despite the crowds exiting the venue as my driver kept in communication with me by text and phone, so I easily found his car waiting close to the venue. This was the first time I have used this car service and I will definitely use it again in the future.
I just love executive cars so much l have used them every year for the past 5 years when we have gone on holidays, firstly Sam is amazing you call him up he is so effecient so professional always sent such luxury cars and professional drivers to pick us up and drop us off at airport, everytime l needed to contact sam he picked up 1st ring every time, when you come home to Melbourne especially after a night flight as soon as you turn your phone of flight mode you have a text from your driver telling you they are there and waiting for you, same when you book a early morning pick up to the airport, the drivers have always been on time if not early.... To anyone thinking of booking a private ride to or from the airport in Melbourne you just cant go past executive cars l give them 100 stars out of 10.... Executive l will always be your#1 customer... Try them you will not be disappointed

We were travelling from Sydney and needed a car at short notice to visit family in the outer Melbourne suburbs. It was quite stressful trying to organise everything, but Executive Cars Melbourne made it so easy. The service was professional, the car was spotless, and they even provided a baby seat for our 2-year-old, which was a huge help. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free — couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend!
