WOW! After they left, I wanted to come straight here to leave a stellar review for them. These folks got every nook and cranny of our apartment, even the ones I didn’t know existed! They cleaned the AC filters, the windows, the baseboards, the oven, and the fridge! My house smells incredible and they leave tiny details that really are a sign of great service. They bring their own supplies and I was able to sit back and let them work their magic. I am looking forward to them coming back soon!

I am very satisfied with the work of this cleaning agency. From the first contact they were incredibly friendly, professional and attentive to my needs. The team arrived on time, worked with dedication and left everything impeccable. You can tell that they enjoy what they do and strive to offer a quality service. Without a doubt, I will hire them again and recommend them 100%.
Absolutely blown away by the job Carlos and Kelly did! They came to clean my one-bedroom apartment and spent about two hours giving it the kind of deep, detailed clean you rarely see these days. From the AC filters to the floorboards, nothing was missed. They even added little thoughtful touches like folding the toilet paper and hand towels into neat designs, which made it feel like a hotel.
Scheduling online was simple (though slots fill up fast, so plan ahead). Yes, they’re a bit pricey (~$140 w/ tax), but 100% worth it. They were thorough, respectful, and super efficient. Plus, Carlos had a great sense of humor, and both he and Kelly were incredibly kind and warm. It felt less like a service and more like two really great people just taking pride in what they do. Highly recommend!

Kelly and Carlos did a deep clean of my place in Jersey City and I could not be happier with their service! A few times I walked out and saw dirt I’m unsure where they even got it from! I did the deep clean because I hadn’t had my place cleaned since November and they redefined the word spotless for me. My place is shining I’ve already received several compliments! The best part was normally I lock my dog in a room during cleanings but they were so friendly he loved them!

Update: To make it clear, from 1b to 2b, the price go up which is for sure. But the owner ask for $20 more when we told him some areas were not well cleaned, which is not fine….. I guess the owner expects clients to be mute all the time without providing any feedbacks even if you see somewhere not well cleaned. Otherwise, you will be charged more or …. you are a disrespectful client!
If you are a long-term client with this business, what happened to us may put an alert on you as well. We have been using their cleaning service for over a year and used to be very satisfied with their work and left 5star reviews. We recently moved from a 1b to a brand new 2b and started to use their monthly service since 1st month (which means the place is very new and in good conditions).We recently pointed out some places such as mirrors, bathroom dressers and so on were not well wiped before they left. It was fine and we understood that it can happen sometimes, we didn't complain at all as long as they fixed them. The most recent time, they left with sink not well cleaned (pic attached). We messaged them and let them know the areas should be paid attention to next time. We didn't require them to come back, but more terrible was they just "ignored" the message. More ridiculously, we called one week after sending the message, what reply that we got was "oh, you are just too picky... the chairs and doors are not supposed to be wiped, we just did extra... if you need all those to be covered, the price should go up to $190 (before tax)". We recommended them to our friends, left 5 stars, provided flexibility when they need to cancel our appointment several hours right before our appt, now they found excuses for avoiding some regular cleaning work just because they want to raise price. I guess what I wanna say is, we don't mind some small flaws as long as they got fixed. The way how they treated their long-term customers, the attitude how they dealt with feedbacks, and how badly they want to make money on long-term customers are really red flags.

First thing, you admit that you were at a one bedroom apartment and then moved to a two bedroom apartment. Therefore, of course, we would need to increase the payment and especially when you ask for more things like polishing the chairs in the kitchen and the table and cleaning the wall, the door of the bathroom and bedroom and far more that I’m not even going to mention. Your apartment is way bigger, therefore, we need to spend more time and more products to clean. The way you treat us when we arrive, is very disrespectful. The messages we receive from you as well is very disrespectful, therefore, we take a moment to respond back to you to avoid circumstances such as these. We wake every morning to help families to clean and make them happy. We hope you find happiness. We are all human beings who make mistakes.

If you are looking for a new cleaning service that will take care of your home as if it were theirs this is the one for you! Carlos and Kelly did a phenomenal job on my 4 bed 3.5 bath home. The worked quickly and did such a thorough job I was walking around for a week saying, "Wow! They even did xyz..." Will definitely be booking with them again, as the value was unmatched! I've now used their services twice and each time I feel they leave special details that make the experience so personalized, not to mention our house smells amazing. Carlos and his partner did a deep cleaning of my townhouse and they did an amazing job. The job was probably more than they anticipated and it caused them to go over the allotted time but they committed to completing the task.
