I've been very pleased with the excellent service from the Exactly team in handling my taxes. I want to give a special thank you to Carmen Hoz, who has been a wonderful accountant, professional, prompt, and incredibly helpful since May 2024. She answered all my questions clearly and made the tax filing process smooth and stress-free. I will definitely continue using her services and highly recommend Carmen to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable accountant.
Absolutely useless company avoid at all costs.
Filed the renta then a few months later they needed to send additional documents which I had already sent them. They didnt do it which left me which a financial loss. The proceeded to ignore me when it was possible to appeal and resend the documents. I call multiple times and sent multiple emails with no replies.

Avoid using their services, they do not know what they are doing.
We used them for an important application of Beckhams Law. They charged us 250 Euros. The application was declined, because they used a date of entry into the country instead of the date of an official document from the UK Government.
It is their job to know how to apply, unfortunately they didn't know. We were paying for a professional service, but they should never have taken our case on. It was not possible for us to be successful for Beckhams Law based on the date of the document, which they should have been aware of. We only established this after we took legal advice when the application was declined.
Furthermore, when we complained and asked for a refund. They agreed a 50% credit off future services. So they accepted the fault, but attempted to force us to work with them again in the future instead of doing the right thing. We paid a premium just for a quick turn around, the least they could have done would be to refund that.
I would have considered working with them in the future if they had resolved this matter fairly. They were very helpful on the phone and quick to take my money for the failed application.

Before any work was carried out, you were clearly advised by Barbara, an experienced client advisor, (on the advice of Jevan, our highly respected Senior Accountant and Tax Advisor) that based on the information available, your application for your partner could not be guaranteed to be accepted. Both team members consistently receive excellent feedback for their expertise and care, and have handled these applications and the communication of the steps on numerous occasions. Barbara also advised you to wait for the result before making a second application for yourself which you also wanted to push forward with.
Despite this risk, you chose to proceed with the application, fully aware of the possibility of rejection, in the hope that it might still be approved. Our team then carried out the consultation, advice, and submission work as instructed.
As always, we provide our professional opinion, but we cannot influence or guarantee the decisions made by the tax office or any other government authority. To use a simple analogy: it is similar to going to a car garage with a flat tyre and the mechanic advising that he can try to put a patch on the tyre but it is unlikely to be a solid and permanent fix, and really you should get a new tyre entirely - You may still choose to proceed, but the outcome remains outside the mechanic’s control.
Our offer of a credit toward future services was not an admission of fault, but a gesture of goodwill and an attempt to find a positive and fair resolution.

Exactly is a great company! I moved to Spain at the beginning of the year, and I needed to become an autonoma(freelancer) within 4 days. Ik ben bijna een jaar klant bij Exactly. Ik ben destijds getipt door een Nederlandse fiscalist en de website sprak me erg aan. Het is duidelijk wat je krijgt en voor welke prijs en ik ben erg tevreden over de services. Ik heb heel erg fijn contact met mijn accountant Violeta, ze reageert snel en accuraat op mijn vragen. Deze beoordeling is uitsluitend geldig voor degene die mij geholpen heeft. Zij dacht met me mee en gaf me vertrouwen dat het belasting inkomsten formulier goed is ingevuld. Mijn Spaans is niet zo goed dat ik zelf dit formulier kan invullen. Hulp is nodig. Wat betreft het bedrijf Exactly vind ik de verleende service veel en veel te duur. Bijna 400 euro voor het invullen van dit formulier plus een formulier voor mijn vrouw en drie consuklten, waar ik geen gebruik van hoef te maken. Dit staat in geen enkele verhouding tot de verleende dienst. Tevens is mijn aanbeveling om sneller e-mails te beantwoorden
