Extremely disappointing experience. We paid for Exactly Accounting’s services, yet no meaningful work appears to have been done. Despite this, we received repeated emails claiming that payment was overdue - even though it had already been made. Replies to these emails went unanswered. The onboarding process was equally frustrating, with repeated requests for basic information that is easily available online. Instead of feeling supported, it felt like we were doing their job while still paying for the service. Communication is a serious issue - some of their email addresses don’t even work, making it unnecessarily difficult to get in touch. Overall, highly unprofessional and not a service I would recommend.

I never thought I'd say this, but I LOVE my accountant! Jose Andres Espinosa Nieves is such a knowledgeable, helpful, patient and professional gestor and I feel so grateful to have found them. I had my first discovery call with Ishara and she was equally as wonderful. Exactly is the third accounting firm I have worked with in Spain and I had really bad experiences with the first two, so I was VERY skeptical. But as soon as I had that first call with Ishara, I knew I had finally found someone I could trust and rely on. As an American in Spain with a US based company, my tax situation has felt really scary and complex and unclear. Jose seems to have almost endless patience with me as I try to wrap my head around this system. He is responsive, kind, and very clear in his explanations. If I have any doubts, I just send him an email or get on a call and he immediately resolves them. His attention to detail and professionalism is incredible and I'm so happy to be an Exactly.es client. Thank you so much, Jose (and Ishara)!

Alejandro Fernandez van de administratie heeft voor mij de aangiftes ( niet recident ) van onze verhuurde vastgoed gerealiseerd. Duidelijk, helder, heeft me ook wat tips gegeven en vooral de communicatie ben ik erg over te spreken. Korte lijn, meteen antwoord en komen afspraken na.
