Basically everything that could go wrong has gone wrong with this company. Screens and doors were meant to be installed on the 2nd of Dec however, the screens where in the wrong size and they had to cut them down. After a lot of phone calls we then had to wait till the 19th of Dec but spoke to Nara who kindly helped to move forward the installation to the 15th of Dec.
The installer on the day messaged to say he wasn't able to come and that the office would contact me. They never did and now they said the only time before Christmas was the 24th of Dec. This company is so incompetent and other than Nara no one seems to take any accountability of their mistakes and try to work with you on next steps. The worst person by far there is Cherry who is the most unpleasant and nasty person who has no business working in customer service.
Would not recommend.

Highly recommend Empire Window Furnishings. From the initial consult with Ozman - his product knowledge is amazing, doesn’t put the hard sell on at all and is really professional. There’s wasn’t a long wait time at all for our blinds and sheers they were ready really fast. Moustafa who came to install was awesome, just made the whole installation stress-free and easy, lovely guy and very efficient. We would definitely use Empire again, don’t waste your time with anyone else.
Do not buy from this company. They took my order which was close to $20k & have not completed the installation. 3 of the shutters did not fit & the installer just left them behind. I also ordered an awning & they are telling me I need a crane to install it. This was never discussed on the 3 occasions that a representative from Empire were at my property. When I call for an update they just say “we are looking into it” & no one gets back to me!! Very hot days in Sydney in summer & my balcony faces west. This is not good enough Empire.
I found the whole experience of dealing with Empire Window Furnishings to be top notch.
I originally dealt with Helen for the measure and quote. She was a joy and gave us exactly what we wanted for a very reasonable price.
Then Johnny did the check measure and install. So apart from wanting to adopt him as my son, the man did a brilliant job. Completely professional and very mindful not to cause any mess and was very cooperative with the other trades people on site.

Sam, who did our consultation, was by far the most helpful and knowledgeable of everyone we’d seen. He didn’t just measure and leave – he actually looked at our space and made suggestions based on things he’d noticed, like the trims on our security doors, and recommended colours to match them perfectly without me even asking. Great eye for detail!
In yesterday’s 40° heat, poor Brian worked through it like a true professional. Not one complaint about the heat and he never stopped smiling all afternoon.
Brian unpacked, readied and installed everything with the precision of a Swiss watch.
I’m absolutely thrilled with our new outside awnings, and the internal shutters and curtains look amazing. The house feels completely different, more stylish, and better protected from the heat!!
