Total ripped off. Purchased insurance and claimed got denied after two months waiting for a response. All to be told that my claim got denied. No communication unless you reach out and they go in circles to avoid pay out. Don’t waste your money. Update: reply by company should help customers made their decision. I will gladly provide all the communication I requested after being ghosted by the adjuster

We communicated with you throughout the claims process and reached out on a regular basis, but were unable to move forward without your cooperation or supporting details.
Voluntary cancellations are excluded under the policy.

My daugter is getting married and we have many guests in a mountain venue. We wanted insurance. This product is easy, has lots of choices and sends confirmation via email after you pay the fee. Reasonable price for what you are insuring. And it will insure for weather if you apply early enough in your planning. Great policy for the price.
