Just finished my first six weeks of training at Evolutis, and I can't praise David and his staff highly enough. As someone in my sixties with no gym experience I felt extremely confident in the Coaches' ability to guide me safely into getting comfortable with the equipment and exercises. I've noticed a massive change in how my body feels already, have lost a few kilos, and the rounded training programme is paying huge dividends in my running. Added to that, lots of fun, and a brilliant community feel where everyone, no matter what their age or capability, is welcome, and gently encouraged to get the very best out of themselves. Thanks guys... looking forward to the next six months!

This is a great gym to be apart of. I am a new member ,the coaches are so supportive and the members are very friendly and welcoming,I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who might be considering joining a gym.

I've thoroughly enjoyed the 6-week foundation course, I've found that I can push myself to new limits, and the coaches are great at supporting everybody - ive enjoyed the flexibility with times during the day and I've now signed up for the 6 month membership

I signed up for the 6-week foundation course. I have tried numerous gyms & usually give up after 2/3 weeks, but with Evolutis Gym…I love it! There are plenty of small group training classes in the morning & evening to choose from & as the groups are small there’s no hiding/slacking off from the instructors who can watch your technique & off helpful advice.

Really great team of staff and the gym its self is also fantastic!

Great early morning session -Kas was supportive as ever - paying particular notice to my dodgy knee - always checking in, ready with alternatives to make me comfortable but still ensure I’m working hard. Have never had a gym like this - feel so supported - Emma F

A fantastic gym with great instructors - Corinne, Tony, Marta, Kaspars, Luke and David who provide individual and group support, education, feedback and encouragement throughout each session helping me achieve my goals and map my progress. A very clean, welcoming, comfortable environment with great equipment and a sense of respectful diverse community.

I was so unsure about going but must say it was the best decision I made, the couches are very helpful and the atmosphere in the gym is amazing everyone us so helpful, I really enjoy the classes and look forward to going.

I’ve been in every gym you can imagine at this stage of my training life , I LOVE EVOLUTIS… this gym is a warm , friendly , structured & expert place to get fitter .. the staff are really knowledgeable , caring & motivational and the classes all follow the same format with a warm up , main course and dessert ,,, you are paired with someone of similar fitness and each member I’ve met has been fun and friendly … a great place to train whatever your fitness level..

Amazing team to workout with ..they really know how to push you each session and make sure everything is on point 🙌 Loved the fist 6 weeks here's to many more 🙂

Evolutis personal training is the gym I’ve always looked for, training programs are challenging & instructors always on hand to make sure you are doing exercises correctly, & encouraging everyone to give more! A gym that personalises training.

Evolutis has been such a positive experience. I have always felt intimidated going to generic gyms and never had a clue what I was doing. But the team here have been amazing and very welcoming l. And it's been very educational. I love how it feels like a community. Such a great place to get mentally and physically fit. Also there are no mirrors in this gym which is an absolute bonus for me lol.. It's been great so far and I have now fully joined after my 6 week intro. :) Thanks guys 😁

I would recommend the Evolutis gym. Very professional team and well organised training from my experience with great personal trainers focussed on making the gym a great place to train & improve your strength & fitness - strongly recommend it!

Evolutis gym is everything for ladies who are looking to get fit . And guys also, with a fabulous time table to suit everyone needs.for me personally I love the gym because it’s virtually well run, and staff are always there to help and guide you through. As the week’s progress the routine in the gym progresses which is key for me , as the intensity increases. Which is why I stayed as I feel healthy and happy with my results. That’s in a nutshell for me is magic. 👌🤩✨🤩✨
