really enjoy the fitness lessons that we do, every one is helpful, they encourage you motivate and support you and the other members around them. every group is so supportive of each other and it makes u want to work harder to get to the place u want to get to in terms of fitness and a good quality of life. Please forgive me but I don't know how this works, or how to update, just want to say the new and improved gym is great. It was planned out and fresh looking . The staff did well to get it ready for reopening well done to all ,unfortunately I don't have any new photos but I will. Just Want to say to all the members well come the new and improved evolution gym

My friend joined a few months ago she got a bring a friend pass so I got 3 classes to see if I would like to join after the 3rd class I decided to become a member the staff is really helpful and is always making sure your okay

From day one the best decision I made was when I walked through the doors a woman in my late 50s not a bit fit and was very worried what would meet me . The staff right away but me at ease and the whole environment is friendly and fun .Best of all in mirrors no phones 😃

I've just finished my 6 week Kickstart and I have to say I was a bit worried that I would not fit in but it was the best decision I've made the coaches are the nicest people and very knowledgeable the helped my every step I've also met a lot of lovely new people-members in the gym I've become a full member from just yesterday and I'm looking forward to the next 6 months + thanks again to everyone up in Evolutis John Hennessy
