I news Everest for a cross-lease section to be changed to sperate title they were a fantastic company to use. Everest worked through all the council requirements, kept me informed of any change. Arrange all sub-contractors that were required to complete the council requirements. I would highly recommend Everest Consultants for any project you may have. Five-star company.

Chris and his team were very helpful in resolving a HRD issue with Auckland Council , this saved me money and extra hassle as he was correct in advising there was no requirement to carry out this survey to obtain my CCC.

The team at Everest offer an amazing service, backed with spot on advice and communication that is second to none.
Recently they looked after one of our client’s resource consent applications, which required specialised landscaping and planting to satisfy council demands. Their quick responses to messages and then timely resource consent application service were outstanding.
This translated to a less stressed client, a quick and smooth application and ultimately a timely issuing of the resource consent.
