Please don't lie to the our fellow customers. We took several trips to come to your place do the work that was supposed to be one one day.
Each time our installers get to your site ,there were bouncers who harassed ,beat and chase away away our installers .They were told they are not allowed to work, it's an operation. We spoke with you about that and you promised to solve this issue before we can come again.
However, we come 4 more times, and the same happened. We kindly requested you to compensate us a call out fee for all the wasted trips .
However you refused and you mentioned we cannot cancel the appointment and we should finish what we have started.
We delayed issuing you the COC because you are refusing to pay for the call out fee.
We ended up issuing you the COC without receiving our payment after you repeatedly demanded that we should pay .
Please don't be such a difficult client.

Tonight, as it goes, our gas finished while I cooked dinner for guests. Literally, when I messaged them at 17.30 asking them what the possibility was for them to exchange my 19kg, they replied that they could quickly come to exchange it and they would be at my home within 30minutes.

They steal your money. They don’t deliver and then when you try to phone them they put the phone down in your ear and block your number from any further calls!!! SCAMMERS!!

But this is not true, we contacted you yesterday soon after you ordered your gas to say we were on our way to deliver and you said you were not home at the moment and you were going to call when you were back home. You then called later on during a time outside our delivery hours, we told you we will bring your gas first thing the following morning, which we did. We delivered your gas, you received your gas. Please may kindly stop these false accusations as they damage our image as an honest and reliable brand. We value our customers and always ensure we do our best to serve them well. Thank you.
Such a great experience and highly recommended. Based on my google search and these reviews - I decided to take a chance and use this company for the first time.
I placed my order around 2pm or so, and the required Gas Bottle(48KG) was delivered that same afternoon within my requested time frame.
